The issue is that Timmy has banged each of those ladies/girls more than twice by this point of this series.
But he fucked his mom only once. And to be honest, the whole scenario was far too short.
A whole chapter depicting Timmy and Tina having unrestricted sex is the best way to renew fan interest in this series.
