I like pdf24. You can use it either online or you can download it (freeware). Numerous features with an excellent pdf image extraction tool. It can be cumbersome when converting high page number pdfs to image files and images to pdf. For some reason it doesn't organize the first 9 pages in numerical order, page 2 will be at the beginning of all the files in the 20's, page 3 at the beginning of the 30's etc. Drag and drop to get them in the right sequence fixes it.

Thanks running two apps on my phone for these files. Comic Book Viewer and Panels, Comic Book Viewer handles PDFs better while Panels jpg’s better. Between the two I prefer panels but I’ll keep comic book viewer just in case.
 
Here's The Prince as requested: Part 2 (having trouble loading 4 & 5, will load when i can figure out what's goin on) Had to split 8 & 12 since the zipped file were too big.
