To unlock the full potential of this huge portfolio and actually give readers a reason to see "value" in a subscription (whether at a baseline of $10 or more for premium tiers), the editorial and artistic direction needs a significant shift.
Here are some core areas where the creator is missing the mark, along with actionable improvements for the erotic publications:
1. Character Design & Narrative Focus
- Exuberant Sex Appeal: The core audience wants stunning, high-quality character models with strong sex appeal.
- Female-Centric Stories: Shift the focus toward compelling female protagonists rather than focusing heavily on male characters (as seen in Hell Village). The heterosexual male demographic—which forms the backbone of the paying base—wants to be immersed in the experiences of these exuberant women.
- Pacing with Slice of Life: Introduce more "Slice of Life" elements. Showing the characters' day-to-day lives, routines, and personal dynamics establishes a logical narrative sequence. This build-up makes the eventual erotic payoffs far more rewarding because the reader actually cares about the characters.
2. Visual Quality & Explicit Rendering
- Uncensored, Explicit Artwork: Suggestion or implication is not what the audience is paying for. There needs to be a heavy emphasis on rendering highly detailed, explicit sexual scenes. Readers want to see the artistry of the act itself, featuring close-ups, multiple angles, and clear, realistic depiction of penetration ("penis" in "vagina").
- Clean Page Layouts: Keep the pages professional and clutter-free. Sound effects (onomatopoeias) should be used sparingly without small, messy dialogue bubbles or distracting "aqua fresh" filters that pollute the artwork. The focus must always remain on high-immersion eroticism.
3. Content Strategy & Streamlining
- Prioritize Top-Tier Titles: Instead of diluting resources by constantly launching grotesque new series with repetitive themes, the creator should double down on the clear favorites that actually drive subscriptions. Titles like Dr. Brandie, Family Sins, Lost Family, Emily, and Louise have massive potential and deserve continuous narrative development.
- Core Focus Over Gimmicks: Internal development on text-based chatbots, puzzles, and interactive gimmicks within the Comic3D universe is a massive distraction. It wastes valuable time that should be spent improving rendering quality and story pacing.
4. Expanding Value Through Smart Outsourcing
- Outsource Game Production: While games can be highly lucrative, the creator does not have the expertise to build them internally without sacrificing comic quality. The ideal solution is to establish partnerships with specialized adult game studios. By licensing top-ranked IPs (like Dr. Brandie or Family Sins) to external developers, the creator can earn a steady percentage of revenue through outsourcing while keeping 100% of their focus on producing top-tier comics.
Ultimately, it comes down to a simple economic indicator: understand the audience, deliver the high-quality explicit content they desire, and stop overcomplicating a business model that simply needs better execution of its core product.
What you've mentioned is the basics of storytelling as written in numerous "how to" type books by Dozens of authors. There seems to be some improvement in some of the stories but overall, a number of titles have been missing their marks.
Two prime examples, in two of the titles that I really like, are Foster Mother and Dr. Brandie. Particularly with Foster Mother, the story has gone WAY beyond its introductory premise. It started out focusing on the relationship and sexual interaction between Charles, the adoptive son and Sonia, his foster mother. After about a dozen chapters, Charles disappeared. At one point, Charles had appeared to have been setting up whoring his mother out to the neighborhood but, after his disappearance and subsequent much later cameo (with his cousin Willie no less), that part of the story was never addressed again. Indeed, after Charles and Willie plot and succeed to fuck their mothers and swap their aunts in Sonia's house, Charles disappears again. When next he shows up, it's for Another cameo, this time at grandpa's farm, where he bangs his mom, learns that mom loves bestiality and tries to convince him into a besti 3-way right in a courtyard separated from the front of the house by a large wall. After showing his disgust, Charles disappears Again! When next he shows, there's No mention of the sex with the dog, no conversation to understand why his mother is into besti, and no chance at forgiveness and a change of heart for him.
All of that is just to say that the title says Foster Mother and the most Integral character to the story has been relegated to cameo appearances in his own shared title. Not to mention the dead ending of several potential plotlines as if they never happened for either Charles or Sonia. The choice to leave out a major character only serves to convolute the story further than it is. Granted, a new storyline, Sonia taking over the farm so that her dad wouldn't sell it, is something that had been hinted at back in the earlier 20s numbered chapters. It's good to see that part has been consistent in the story. All of the other characters introduced between Charles' appearances are superfluous. We all know that the sisters Sonia and Nancy are besti loving nymphos as it's been mentioned in both titles. What's frustrating for me with Foster Mother is that Charles has very few appearances and has No influence on his mom's behavior and thought processses other than being his mom's walking, talking dildo. Introducing other characters, just to have tie-ins for the introduction of new titles seems a bit arrogant(?)/careless(?) to me. The worst part for me to grasp is that, with very few exceptions, every main character and their families All live in the Same neighborhood, yet their comings, goings, and sneaking abouts have not produced a Single accidental meeting!
Sonia sneaks dogs into the backyard for sex yet None of the neighbors ever spots her, despite that the old couple across the street from her Seldom leave their homes. Willie & Charles has snuck over there for sex, the old man has snuck over to Sonia's. Even more incredulous is that, a lot of the sex in Any of the homes, and not just in these couple of titles, has been performed in open, uncurtained or unblinded windows and NO One has Ever seen any of the characters blantantly and loudly, having exhibitionistic sex! If the characters are going to be that bold, at least let there be consequences for it, whether good or bad. Besides, it could make for even Better storytelling and character development. If NOT, then there needs to be, at the very least, Curtains up to maintain the privacy of the sex acts. As quiet as the neighborhood is supposed to be, People do come outside or look out of their windows if for no other reason than to watch the day go by. They're bound to see Bonnie from Dr. Brandie, or Sonia enticing dogs into their yards and into their homes.
These are simple but critical elements to the stories that should be addressed that makes the titles more than just simple 'fap material.' Simply showing a situation just to set up a lengthy sex scene makes the series' boring after just a few chapters. With over 50 different titles, at least a dozen of them should have gotten the formula right by now. If they follow the guidelines that you, my friend, posted here, I can guarantee that all of the titles would see a marked increase in interest and ultimately, subscribers. I'm currently writing my own adult novel and I'm trying to follow some of those basic guidelines myself but, what do I know?
