Problems uploading files (images, etc.)

Good Saturday. One question... Have you encountered any problems uploading files when posting on the forum?
I'm particularly having trouble posting files (images).
Is it a problem with the forum server, or perhaps a problem with my bandwidth or hardware?

Sorry. After looking further, I realized that the problem is with my internet provider (bandwidth). Thank you.
