Restrictions by download# or server slow down?

I just found out an info about artist Vger and tried to download his artworks. I used option download all images from a post. I downloaded 6 or 7 items but when I tried the next the download speed was between 15 & 25 kb/sec. I checked my internet connection speed and found out that everything OK. Therefore, I don't understand if you set up restrictions for downloads or there are server problems? Thanks

There are no restrictions. Maybe try again after a few minutes or hours. The server might be overloaded temporarily. We do have a 1 GBPS line, which can get overloaded sometimes.
 
Are you also having problems with the forum right now? Images are loading very slowly, and I can't download files. The transfer rate is incredibly slow. This is the first time this has happened.
 
Is anyone else experiencing a very slow forum? I checked today, and it works a bit faster in incognito mode. I've been on this forum for almost a year, checking in daily, and this is the first time this has happened. All other forums and websites work fine.
 
The forum is still very slow in Firefox, Chrome, and Brave. All other forums are working normally. I don't know what's going on. Does anyone have any ideas?
 
Overnight, there was a huge improvement in the forum's performance. Images are loading very well, and downloads are also fast. It's still that way as I write this. If the forum Administration has fixed this, thank you very much! I hope it stays that way.
 
What is going on with the site???? Downloads are generally timing out if over 100MB. The problem just started two days ago. Fix it.
