So I can wait until he's posted the entire chapter and then publish it here, or I can post the incomplete drafts here so you don't have to wait so long.

I've decided to post the incomplete drafts here, and I'll revise the entire chapter at the end.

Alaric's transformation is something else (or whatever he's called now). That's exactly what I thought, a Hulk not green, but with red eyes and veins. Let's see how long he maintains that form before Alaric reappears.

Sophie, despite the danger she's in, is still thinking solely about her book. She's hopeless. But she's going to need Widow's help, and maybe someone else's too.

I wonder who that person is who just showed up at the motel at the end; it seems Valentina knows her
