I was just looking for some of 'Blake Barkley's books because Goodreads recommended him based on some of my shelves. Now that I know he's a plagiarist, do you know his favorite target so I can get it from the original author? All of her stuff is plagiarized.

I suspect it's another variation on the following plagiarizers, many of whom have been taken down from Amazon. Presumably because they were identified as plagiarizers:
Blake Barkley
Gabriel Garnier
Leah Larkin
Leigh Temple
Millie Carter
Scarlett Johnson
With the exception of Gabriel Garnier, they all used a similar cover style, as exemplified with the stories you posted. When I see that, I check to see if I can find the original source using the google search trick you ( at least I think it was you) posted.
Attached is a list I posted at 8Muses that identifies the source of the story that was ripped off for many of the authors above.
look in that pdf that @O_P_T posted. He even has links to pages where you can find the original storiesI was just looking for some of 'Blake Barkley's books because Goodreads recommended him based on some of my shelves. Also I remember running across that plagiarist thread on 8 muses just before it collapsed. If you have that information, and apparently intimate knowledge of it you could reproduce the known plagiarist thread here as its own thread, and maybe we could petition to get it to be a sticky thread.

It appears to be Sam and Edward by stevietIf the rest are stolen then it probably is too. The person must have a source we haven't found or it's from asstr which appears to be gone. Being this flagrant, wouldn't be surprised if was from another author's book.
note, some of asstr can be found here if you don't want to go download the old siterip
Could you add Plagarist to the thread's title - since we've pretty much determined she is?Anyone have this author's work? Looks interesting but also looks like the type of author that rips off stories. (A Cuckold's Descent is published on literotica by dirtygirlzcumkisses, may be legit?)

Thankyou for that!It appears to be Sam and Edward by steviet
I looked at the sample at Amazon, and it sounded familiar. Took a bit of the combo Google search to get a hit (specialist dive company was the winner)
A lot of the mass production authors need someone to go and clean-up/improve their work - preferably before they publish. So, the version she makes, just might be "better" than the source material, at least it is substantially changed, as she extends the description of the naughty bits substantially.
In fact reflecting upon this - I don't find it such a bad idea at all. It has several appealing concepts to it:I wouldn't have an issue with people like Scarlett Duffy if they would at least credit the original author with the initial concept and make it a fan-based improvement, not an outright steal.
In fact reflecting upon this - I don't find it such a bad idea at all. It has several appealing concepts to it:
1. It will get the original artist more attention
2. I will show the original artist how much better their work could be
3. It will give the 'fan based editor' more experience writing and proofing so that maybe they would start to produce their own work
4. It could help someone like me get through the writer's block that has been plaguing me since I lost my muse.
But if I do it I would do it like I suggested - giving full credit to the original author, and I post it for free under a psuedonym, maybe this one.
I'll have to think about it.
That's why I suggested doing it as fan fiction - there is a long historical precedent that fan fiction is acceptable and not a copyright offense. To site just a few: Edgar Rice Burrough's stuff, Star Trek, Star Wars, Conan, etc..Guess i'm saying some things (aside from authors threatening to sue you) just can't be changed/fixed.
I guess I wasn't clear in my recent post.A lot of the mass production authors need someone to go and clean-up/improve their work - preferably before they publish.
I've just finished reading some of PhDomme Emma's stories - they are good, but they have such a huge capability to be Great, if she would just edit and proofread.

One of the boys is Just One of The Guys by CraptainPlanetA couple more from this author. Don't know if they're plagarized. I'll let you decide....
