Thanks. I see your point. It is often the artists choice how they portray older people. And AI still has preconceived concepts of how age should look. When I've asked it to create people my age, it's always wrinkled old prunes waiting for The Reaper. lol When I ask AI my age, it usually comes back as in my 40s. So sadly, you are correct.
 
i have finished reading "Why can't you be more like your Sister?"

the idea was good, i was really into it, but the ending felt rushed, the protagonist finding out what was happening was nice but the way his Mother & Aunt dealt with it felt confused and rushed. To me it looked like the story was incomplete like it was telling only 2 of a 3 parts story.

from the cover of "CHARM SCHOOL UNDERCOVER" it looks like it will be the Book 1 of a new series
i hope it will continue and that it doesn't meet the same fate of the series "CANDLEWICK", a series that i loved, especially Book 1 & 2

That's a common complaint with JSP stories. The ideas are good, the initial slow transformation parts are well written, but the endings feel rushed.

That’s a casualty of working on multiple projects at once. It sucks but on the other hand it’s been a good year for JSP from a production standpoint
 
i have finished reading "Charm School Undercover" too
great idea (i love Age Progression stories) and the story was well written
one of the best comics made lately, especially because the end wasn't rushed

Excited to hear what people think of the new book. I hope all the transformation doesn't just happen at once quickly at the end. Looks like it could be decent from the preview
 
Personally I hope this'll be a more grounded/realistic story. I always enjoy JoeSixPack's stories most when they're not too reliant on hypnosis, brainwashing or sci-fi.
