What is even going on in this picture? The guy has his body turned halfway to the camera but then his legs make a weird angle where he shows a weird ass foot on top of his knee at the end of that lounger. That lounger also somehow makes a weird twist.
Is this MC Escher art?

now that i've read joe's latest book, there are two things that stood out to me. The first being that Joe underplayed how much this is just a reskin of The Summer House by KK and fraylim. The notion that this is just inspired by a well-tread concept rather than just being a complete rip-off of a book he's previously sold by another (much better!) author is disrespectful to KK and the people he is selling to.
My other gripe is that not only did he lazily rewrite a classic from his own catalog, but he is clearly using AI as a crutch to write based on the quality of the writing.

I think I forgot how much I dislike the whole "Jersey Shore" thing before I read this. I was hoping for something a little closer to The Summer House. Yeah, the big hair, spray tans, and those loud personalities, no thank you.

I'm done with Joe at this point sadly. His content just feels extremely low effort these days, riddled with typos and clear AI use and the asking price is just too high. Even the description of this new comic on his website is garbled nonsense. First line of the description currently reads:
