Not Her Mom had a strong beginning but now it feels like it's all over the place.
Why was Taylor's family was even introduced? Just so mom can bond with her new daughter? ("Dad is out of the coma! So, let's have a mom day of shopping at the mall??) I would have rather seen more of Amy and Taylor interacting as mom and daughter in public than Taylor and his mom. At least there would have been some uncomfortable situations, maybe some awkwardness.
This story needs to find it's direction again imo

This is just a typical patreon problem . I follow dozens of artists and the only one who is good at keeping things focused is chloraphil every single one else falls into the serial trap and lose focus because an idea pops in their head but doesn't translate well in the actual comic but they post it anyway to get to the next month and now a simple project gets convoluted

Another artist that fell under the patron curse .. unfortunate …. Not her mom started strong but I unsubscribed for now because NHM lost the plot and updates have been getting slower every month and they started 2 more comics on top ..
