Surody's TG Animation 2024 Contest! 12 participants with 12 short animations less than a minute, enjoy.

Here's the above 12 animations recoded as AV1, optimized for size and quality. Most have a 10:1 reduction.

I'll get the rest of the animations done in a little bit when they are finished (probably later today).

I have no knowledge of the project, i merely recoded the videos to AV1 that were present here Sorry.

Here's the WIPs of Magic Potion, a TG animation that surody started to work on February 2023. It has more emphasis on a POV approach for the transformation and it got some updates before a hiatus in early 2024.
From what I've seen in the animator's latest announcement on the project, Magic Potion could be the next one he works on once Formula X or The Shape of Desire comic are finished.
As for now (October 15 2025), there's some render that has been done as well as some voice acting that weren't included in the WIPs.

I found a bonus close-up clip of The Obsession where Claire turns into a man (Claire is Jason's girlfriend in the plot of the comic+animated TG story).
This animated sequence is related to the sequel comic where she tries the pills which has the gender alteration side effects.

There was a version of "The Brothel Witch, preview 4" with voice and sounds effect that got discarded from the final version of the movie version.
It's a testament of where surody was as a 3D animator back in 2016 and it's bluffing how much they improved after that point.

I think he was improve pretty much about quality of animations and storytelling of them, perharp he is milking the donation of patrons on Patreon. I think so.
p/s: nope, i mean he definitely tried so hard to be level up his skills of editing video, taking advantage of many tools and programs and associate them to produce awesome results. But such annoying to patron when he was repeating to post some apologies for postpone and a lot of his commission came to nowhere.
