It's very unfortunate but inevitable, since AI isn't 'art' in the fullest sense of the word (it doesn't even give rise to copyright)... and if 'curbing' abuse with stable copyrights is already difficult, imagine how much harder it is with AI—it's beyond control. No problem, though, because soon the quantity and ease of creating things in AI will be so vast that 'buying' something in AI will be as pointless as buying 'used chewing gum'.
