Today I started playing with AI. I started using the prompt (from the spoiler) as a base and continued making some modifications and these are the results until I got tired of trying to put the banana in the appropriate place on the lady. Hehehe.

Nice work on the pregnant ladies! I often have a hard (haha) time with extra bellybuttons. If you really want to get bananas or things in specific places, you can use special LoRas or inpaint.
