Rose, a wealthy new black belt in BJJ, opens her own gym after attending lessons at the city's elite Iron Lotus academy run by champion grappler Lily, and shamelessly rips off the entire program. To make it worse, she undercuts its membership fees, poaches staff and spreads anonymous online smears to undermine Lily's reputation and boost the membership of her own venture. When Lily confronts her alone in Rose's empty gym after hours, the confrontation escalates into a private challenge on the mats with deliberately insulting stakes that Rose assumes Lily will refuse. However, Lily accepts immediately, and the match becomes a swift disaster for Rose as Lily dismantles her with effortless control. She easily passes her guard, sweeping her, and locking her into holds she does not even recognise. Lily maintains complete restraint throughout, never injuring her but refusing to release pressure easily, denying Rose quick taps and forcing her to remain trapped as positions shift again and again, often leaving Rose pinned in awkward configurations where Lily's stinky, sweaty feet end up pressed unavoidably near Rose's face.
