Calibre is a wonderful library manager.
You can set up multiple libraries with it for different genre's and it allows you convert to/from many different formats.
The real issues I have with it is that sometimes it truncates the file names and every cover is titled 'cover.jpg' - both kinda annoying when I go to share them here.
Not such an issue when I am accessing them for myself.
