So, I found the easy way how I can read the PDF or EPUB documents posted here in my language for free, not leaving Chrome.
And decided to shere it with u:

Once I dowload any document - I open it back in chrome from extention and translate with inbuild google-translation as HTML page.
If I open PDF in chrome directly without it - google translate is not working. And all standalone EPUB-readers I know have no idea about translations.
