I think its a mix of things - it can be a kink that you're making physical changes to another person which are hard to undo thereby controlling them, it can also be an extreme signal that you like to suck dick if you got lips like that, and if it was a sudden, noticeable change like that, it might be arousing internally when the person would be imagining what others may be thinking about them. Its the similar vein to stories where women get insane boob jobs that ive never seen in real life before.
