Zara McKenna: Yes fungal infections and bed sores can be a real problem in those cases
Debra Collins: Yes that's one of the reasons i always take my time and make sure i wash the groin area thoroughly
Zara McKenna: That makes sense, can't be too thorough when it comes to hygiene with these elderly gentleman
