Everybody is entitled to their own preferences, and you are perfectly in your right not to like this turn of the story.Well that chapter killed all my interest in this story. The "prosthetic" that is essentially a sex change is a turn off.
But what you may be forgetting is that in this is not supposed to be a "realistic" forced-feminization tale. In this particular case there is magic involved. Maybe the doctor offered something more similar to the "pussy panties" that can be found in online shops, but the magic... ran with it. I'm not saying that it turned into actual female genitalia, just that it possibly made it look way better than should be expected.
Similarly, we aren't really sure if the doctor is in cahoots with the stepmother to feminize Destiny (which is a serious breach of ethics that would put her medical license in jeopardy). Maybe she's sincere in her attempts to fix Dustin's hormonal imbalance, but the magic is turning the testosterone into estrogens. Or making the doctor *think* she's using testosterone when she's actually injecting estrogens. We do know that the curse is influencing Dustin's thoughts, it might be influencing the doctor and Valentina too.
And, by the way... I wonder how Dustin's dad is being affected by the curse. Being the one who actually took the Destiny Stone and has it in his possession, the effects should be stronger on him.
