Raiders in the Sky- 10
For the next few days Alice didn't see much outside of an empty grey cell. She was kept there naked, fed only occasionally gruel and water in doggie bowls left on the floor of her cell. The cell itself wasn't big enough to lay down in, just big enough for her to sit on the hard concrete floor and listen. Listen to the muffled screams of women being dragged to the auction. Judging from the sounds outside her cell, the auctions happened frequently with as big a crowd as the one she'd seen. That horrified her. On some days it made her vomit, into the only thing that decorated her cell, a single toilet. Faintly through her hazy mind, filled with sleepless thoughts of tears and her friends' frightened faces as they were dragged away by their new owners, she recalled having an argument with her father after he'd cautioned her not to go out anymore. People were disappearing, mostly the wealthy. Heiresses, princesses, actresses, athletes, ballerinas, businesswomen...some were found but most were never heard from again. It hadn't been frequent when Alice's father had talked to her about it. Judging by the frequency of the auctions the group had upped its game.
The door to her cell creaked as a grate opened, Alice was familiar with it, guards used it to give her orders and to stare at her. Oftentimes they'd stare for hours. This time there was no staring. The guard said, "Stand."
Alice knew better than to try and resist. She stood. Water sprayed onto her from the sprinkler above. It was high pressure, just enough to scour her skin with hot water mixed with soap. Effective for cleaning her, and for torturing her whenever she resisted. After a few minutes of enduring the wash and about an hour of waiting for her burning skin to cool, the door to her cell opened and a set of clothes was dumped onto the floor along with a set of blue high heels.
"Dress." the guard said.
Alice picked up the clothes and almost dropped them immediately. It was a familiar set of clothes. Familiar but different. A set of white stockings, a set of blue bra and panties...and an Alice in Wonderland dress. Almost exactly like the one she'd worn on the plane. Only this one was a reverse of the other, white where it had been blue and blue where it had been white. She dropped the dress. She shook, "No...no please don't make me wear that..."
"Dress." the guard commanded. A hint of warning coloring his tone.
"No." Alice tried to put as much strength behind the word as she could. But her bottom lip quivered. Her voice cracked.
The guard slammed the door, "Dress or I will dress you. I don't care what is ripped when I do"
The guard licked his lips, "And I will take my time with you...payment for my services."
Alice decided to dress herself, as much as it felt wrong. The clothes themselves fit perfectly. Exactly as custom tailored as the ones Jessica had made her. All the more reason she wanted to rip them from her skin.
Once she was done she was hooded and bound. She was carried to a car, that much she knew after she was dumped in a trunk and felt the familiar rumble of an engine starting. She was driven for what seemed like forever before the car finally stopped and she was carried out. She was untied and unhooded in a bathroom. A public bathroom, luxurious with marble sinks and golden faucets. A stern man in a violet suit eyed her through glasses. Alice would have screamed at him. Begged him to help, anything to communicate she was in trouble but he only sighed with disappointment, "You rich one percenters love your kinky weddings. I am positively mortified by how you were prepared, it was as if they didn't even tell you it was your own wedding day."
Alice's eyes widened, she shook her head furiously, trying to speak through her eyes that this was against her will. But she only did so for a moment before the thought finally sunk in. Wedding...
While she was frozen in shock the man walked to a large bag that sat across a couple of the sinks. He pulled various tools out, makeup, combs, scissors. He worked surprisingly fast. Setting Alice's hair in place as she herself had done countless mornings before joining Jessica at some party. He put on makeup with such accuracy even with everything going on, Alice was impressed. Then as if he'd never been there at all, he was gone. In his place was a masked thug. The man wound rope tight across her wrists, which the stylist had untied before leaving apparently, this time her wrists were bound in front of her. The thug thrust a bouquet of flowers into her hands. Then he snarled, "Drop these and you'll regret it."
Alice was barely able to nod before the thug grabbed the length of rope still coming off her wrists, yanking her out of the bathroom and into the open air.
Fresh air filled Alice's lungs, it'd been so long since she'd been outside she'd forgotten what the sun had felt like. What the wind had felt like. Then she took in her surroundings. It was a beautiful villa, decorated with white banners and bouquets of roses. In front of her a long red carpet spread out across a grassy field at the heart of the villa. On either side of the carpet across rows of flowers were rows upon rows of empty white chairs. Well...most were empty save for two at the very front. The carpet ended at a beautifully painted gazebo which had been modified with a podium. Alice stopped walking much to the surprise of her escort. This was the Villa de la Belleza. A wedding venue. Incredibly expensive. Horribly lavish. And one Alice had only spoken of one time in her life...to Jessica after a night of drinks and dancing. They'd sat on Alice's bed talking about where they'd like to get married one day. Alice had said this place. The Villa was her dream. A dream now turned into a nightmare.
By the podium two men stood. A priest holding a bible...and a man that made Alice blink. The man at the podium, dressed in a fine black tux, was Sir Jason Ciel. A man who'd been knighted by the Queen of England for an act of heroism just last year. A man who had championed world peace and donated to countless charities. A man who Jessica and Alice had openly crushed on almost all their adult lives.
Her escort's rough pull ripped Alice from her thoughts. She was led up the aisle, Jason turned and smiled. His perfect teeth seemed to catch the sun in just the right place to shine. His midnight black hair in contrast seemed to pull all the light to it, and Alice along with it. His muscled body filled out his tuxedo in a way that made even the thug pulling Alice jealous. His eyes shown with such pure love and longing that it almost broke Alice's heart...almost. She would have been sucked in. She would have fallen right then and there if it wasn't for one thing. The guests.
As Alice finally drew near enough to see them she screamed into her gag. Sitting on the white chairs, in the middle of the beautiful Villa, was a man in a military uniform and a younger man in a jacket and jeans. The general she didn't know but the young man Alice recognized from the auction and from before. Dane Carter, the son of a wealthy businessman. And on their laps sat Jessica and Tina. Both of them were completely naked with cuffs on their ankles and wrists and duct tape gags. At the moment Dane was more focused on fondling Tina's sizable breasts than on the wedding.
Alice finally arrived at the base of the gazebo. The priest began to talk. Her escort ripped the tape from her mouth, but before she could scream, Jason Ciel wrapped a hand around the back of her neck.
"I wouldn't," he said. "We brought your friends to watch us get married...and for a little insurance. You're still unbroken. You scream? You do anything to disrupt the wedding and both of them are dead. You understand?"
"Yes..."Alice whispered. His voice. She recognized his voice. She was afraid to ask her next question as the priest continued the ceremony but she did, "Y-you're the one who kidnapped us. Y-you're supposed to be a good person...why..."
Jason looked hurt, "Why I am a good person! My work is important and I take it very seriously, kitten, I'm correcting the world's mistakes. The first and foremost being the way poor girls like you were raised. But I got so tired of being alone...once I saw you, I had to have you. To give you what you really wanted. Everything you've wanted."
Alice could tell he meant it. Looking into his eyes. She saw nothing but herself reflected back. An unending obsession. A carnal desire beyond all rational thought. She saw that he hated her, hated her because he loved her. He needed her and without her he was nothing. His work was nothing. He'd been teetering on the brink and now he was in freefall.
"Do you, Jason Rodger Ciel take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife?" the priest asked.
"I do." Jason said without hesitation.
"And do you, Alice Elizabeth Rite, take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband?" the priest asked.
Jason looked at her, his gaze ravenous. From the audience, Alice heard Jessica whimper as the general slid his hand over her stomach. She barely managed a choked whisper, "I do."
"Groom? You may kiss the bride!"
Just then Alice finally broke. As Jason pulled her to him. As his lips pressed against hers and his tongue invaded her mouth, exploring every corner, wrestling her tongue down. Tears spilled from Alice's eyes. Her cheeks stung as she cried. She hated what had happened. But even more she hated the burning thrill that rose from her fractured will. The need to be dominated. The pleasure she got from it. And then she realized she hated herself more. Because in the end she'd meant her words. She was his.
