I hadn't gotten sick from stories in a long time but I do find some stories really revel in the cruelty of it. I'll always remember Kite, the anime, as being the big one.
NTRMaster, notably, had the fourth part of his first story (Reunited) be considered so cruel that it wasn't banned from Literotica. All his stories similarly rub it in.

I'm not sure what happened to him but Remnick13 was a poster on Literotica and one of their stand-out stories was Annabeth Tutors my Roommate, where the MC Anthony is dating the hot girl of his dreams, Annabeth, who feels bad for his overweight, virgin roommate, Duane. She decides that maybe he just needs some practice to get him out there and dating and the best way to do that would be a practice date. With her. While she seems earnest Duane takes advantage of the situation as fast as he can, telling her what Anthony is "really" like and making her feel more and more of a sympathetic to him. Fortunately I made a copy before it was taken down.

Emilia Steele has a lot of stories in this vein, a whole series called "And All I Do is Watch," from the protagonists perspective as they make bets about their wife or girlfriend not falling for jerkasses, or decide it would be okay for her to date this lonely old guy to cheer him up, or like Anthony to let her try and help their lonely friend. And inevitably regrets it, though not always to the point that his relationship is lost. These stories are similar enough to Annabeth I suspect Steele may be a pseudonym of Remnick13. While the perspective is always in the boyfriend's head as he worries and fills with anxiety but also gets turned on, the sex tends to be pretty porny, which can detract from any seriousness. To throw another curveball about half the time the woman hates the guy she's supposed to give a chance to, and would never have dreamed of letting it happen without her man bringing it up. Her books have a thread on the forum but not many from this series are uploaded.

February Sucks is probably the most infamous cuckold story on Literotica. The Loving Wives section often gets a lot of hate, comments calling the writers names and demanding that they kill the fictional wives, a lot of people seem to think the stories are non-fiction (and it's always hilarious that despite the hate they're there every day reading new cuckold stories). Anyways people disliked the story so much they wrote a bunch of alternative takes to it that make them feel better, and there's enough of those that there's a whole tag for 'february-sucks,' with at least a hundred stories presenting their preferred take.
