Kinda confusing, especially with page 55 where the characters are back at the party all the sudden. I'm gonna post the pictures anyway.

The story is still based at the party. It was a flashback to one of the instances of him and Diane getting together cause of an "emergency". Agreed, it's kinda weird but they never left the party. Hopefully he gets with the bisexual lady before the night ends.

I see now that after page 47, The Mayor is having a flashback about "emergencies" at the office.
