The violent scene between Lizana and Yoti was really unnecessary, since upon learning that Liz has family, Yoti could have come up with a plan when she dropped her off at home. She could have blackmailed Liz by saying she wouldn't want her children and husband to find out, and Liz would have agreed to Yoti plan much more easily.
 
The Yoti stuff is by far the weirdest plot for me. He didn't threaten Lizana, didn't blackmail her that he would tell someone about her affair with Berto unless she has sex with him. He just forced himself on her and she let it happen despite not wanting it. The delivery guy had pictures of her having sex with Ramon, the policewoman filmed herself having threesome with her and Ramon. What does Yoti have on Lizana that she has to continue having sex with him? Even if he tells Berto's sister about Lizana's affair with her brother that she already suspects anyway, so what? Berto is a single father, who cares if he has sex with a younger woman. Like if Yoti had threatened that he would lie to his wife that Lizana had seduced him or something, that would be more understandable, but there's none of that. He simply started fucking her and she just accepted it and will continue doing so for seemingly no reason until she inevitably starts enjoying it.

If you notice the bloodstains that could turn into a drama, e.g., Marta sees them both in action and has a heart attack, or Gianna, thinking she's pregnant, gets her period and realizes that Rubén is infertile (due to age or illness) and has to find "another" sperm donor.
