Bro, I got the image from Zetto's Facebook profile story. I actually recorded the screen and extracted the frame because the sequence was very fast on Facebook, and I managed to salvage the dialogue.
I'm leaving the video on X (Twitter) as evidence.

Things have been crazy here in Luzon …. it’s been raining for days, and I even got bitten by a dog LMAO
For LIZANA’S ADVENTURE: “School Prey”, the September 20–25 release window is still the target, but it may change. I’m planning for this chapter to be 100+ pages, or even more.
I’d rather take my time and make it worth the wait.

In perspective maybe it's smart on his part to give an approximate date instead of specific one. Even mentions the release window might still change. He's clearly aware that people get upset by his tendency to delay the chapters right before the release date.So next chapter date is not confirmed
