Funny enough, he didn't actually harass Lizana, he suggested that he would help her son graduate if she has sex with him but he didn't force her to do anything. The old chapter didn't really paint the principal as a horrible person, while the new chapter clearly paints him that way with how he's abusing the other woman and apparently many others too. I'm guessing Zetto just wanted to have a "good guy" with the janitor and a "bad guy" with the principal, like with Berto and Yoti.
