As in they do work, or they don't work? Because they work fine with me if you extract it using 7-Zip. You're supposed to download each part of the zip file, then select all parts, shift+right click and extract using 7-Zip in the context menu.

Can confirm, Adblock and Ublock work well in shutting all that down.

Hmm...that's odd, I'm able to open them fine. I suggest extracting the file with 7-Zip. It works well there.
