She turned out to be Megan. It was someone else's model as far as I known. Then blackadder took her and called her Megan. She was also in Gisela 13.

I had trouble figuring out who The Nun was. Because yes, physically she looks a lot like Megan, and maybe was the base model for her. But story-wise it didn't give me much to work with. So, in my story project, The Nun is Vanessa.
Vanessa's plot in the convent story arc is one of corruption, body change and ultimately transformation into Dabria. This was my way of using The Nun's set, and maybe more importantly, the old set with Vanessa as a nun, and the one called Punishment with Gisela and the fat nun.
Vanessa starts the story as a dominatrix that has a change of heart and becomes a nun. In time, she starts falling again to lust. The ghoul sneakes in her room periodically, making her grow with corruption each time they fuck. She basically becomes obese as her corruption (and the convent's) grows. When the monsters finally assault the place, DeSoul uses it to transform Vanessa into Dabria.
This is also why I was hesitant of making Miriam be the same character as Vanessa, a theory I explain in this post. If they were the same character, I should have to change the chronology of events, and it would also mean that Miriam ends up becoming the villain Dabria. Which... could be an headcannon way of keeping Miriam as an active model, since BA hasn't removed Dabria from the website yet.
Since you bring up this topic, later today I'll share Vanessa's bio to make things more clear.

Yeah, personally I like Dabria's look too. But out of all the girls Miriam seems least likely to give in to corruption.
Plus her tits would have shrunk lol.

Yeah, you're absolutely right. Her physique would be impossible to explain, and character-wise Miriam is all about having an iron will. She gets captured, gangbanged, spends months and months as the monsters' slave, drugged and passed around, even takes a full session with Lucifer (who breaks Stacy and leaves Tia with severe anger issues), only to end up like "Ight, Imma head out" when they finally rescue her.

It would of been perfect to if she had of entered the tomb that Gisela and Skyla got fucked in in the trip to egypt 3. After Gisela and Skyla tried to escape in the pickup truck. Miriam entered the room near the exit and looked out and seen Gisela and Skyla surrounded by hundreds of zombies. A large group of zombies spot Miriam and run back into that room and fucked her brains out. The ultimate zombie groupy that fucked Miriam.
