Maybe it has to do with the poster's status? Messages from lower-ranked members - like myself - require assessment by a moderator. Our posts become publicly available
after approval, as shown below.

Last month I have uploaded several pages, being passed by uploads from higher-ranked members. It seems to me that
active and
well-known members can post unrestricted.
Btw while awaiting approval I ended up deleting mine, as they became irrelevant. After I got passed-by like that three times in a row, I stopped contributing completely.
I think it would benefit this forum if the admins lower restrictions for newbies that receive likes for their contributions from more established members.
Or they should step-up their assessment process, as I experienced lead time taking a few hours up to more than a day. It's hardly possible to even have a proper conversation like that.
