The male characters in the early and later stages are somewhat different, and the male protagonist in the later stage has grown up a bit. Although comics belong to another dimension, at least they can be said to be past in terms of physical conservation logic, right?
In Chapter 23, Kelly offers to have sex with Dylan in exchange for keeping Dylan away from the red haired girl. Here Dylan lifted one leg of Kelly, and in Dylan's character model, under normal thinking, it feels like Dylan only has a few times before he loses strength.

I get your point problem is PS created a scenario of a island embracing 100% that taboo wide open without any judgment or limit whatsoever that's why the forbidden part doesn't exists at all, tbh I like they finally fixed their issues because that opens a lot of sexual possibilities between all of them.
