Hi guys Iām thinking of starting a new Patreon acc which will be paid, and Iām thinking if what type of contents you guys would like and if youāre also interested.
Also Iām a bit unsure but is it okay to post the fan made chapters I made a while back like The Wedding based of Moonllyās Forever Summer. Iām not sure if I would be in trouble with them though I would post it there as free content ofcourse just as a start up contents for anyone intered.
Ofcourse, I would make my own story and characters for my paying subscribers so I would like to ask you guys what you'd like to see.

isn't the original basically a spin off of nisekoi ? character likeness, names and character history are reused. it's not solely moonlly's IP.
i think the others are right, if you're planning on making comics make an original just to be safe.

Except tons of artists have monetized stories for other people's works. Tons of Joe-Six-Packs stories have been rebranded by artists on Patreon and sold.
If you recreate the entirety of it, then it is by default original. The story may not be, but the art is.
An example that comes right to mind is LittleTGKitten. They took the story "a city boy becomes a country girl" and made it over themselves and sold it
It is no different than taking an old story that just had text and making it into a comic with photos. Tons of people do this.

well I don't think they "sold it" it depends on how you look at patreon. They remade the images and condensed the story and released it on patreon. But yea a LOT of amazon books are just pulled from fictionmania for tg stuff and other online fiction sites for every other genre.

I highly doubt someone like moonly has a legal team lets be fr. Yall are just paranoid. And even ethics wise moonly literally scammed her subscribers and never uploads anymore so its really fair game.
