Been wondering the same thing myself. It seems the norm for K has been to go week/s without a post then post short videos (and incoherent stories) that they don't either don't care about or don't realize only makes themself look lazy and complacent.
For Video Download Helper if it is the correct one and the current version, their should be a icon on your toolbar. When you go to either video, click the icon on your toolbar and you should see a dropdown box with the options 'Download Audio & video' "Download as..." click download as, it will ask where you want to save the file.

At this point I'm beginning to have second thoughts on K being more than 1 person who shares the name / account as well as K being a woman. From my interactions with K over the past year and everything i have seen from them prior to that and since then, (to me) K acts like a spoiled brat who lacks the integrity to admit they made the choice to rely too much on AI because they became lazy. I went so far as to give K an out by offering excuses which they could have used (sick, not in good health, burnt out, etc) but they chose to take my comments as me criticizing them and personally attacking them (which they were not) and deleted my comments.
