I am curious to know what Kelly would be getting from the Warden's room unless she expects to see an authority figure there to tell on Annie and Daniel. Kelly might be thinking this is a way to get back at both Jane and her niece all at once. I suspect you are right about Annie likely having an inverted penis now and additional proof seems to be in how much more amenable to the alter ego Annie has become. This signals a merging of their identities.
