Interesting chapter....
If Marina really did give her approval for those irreversible surgeries why is she blaming Andrew for their present situation in their recent meetings.
Either doctor is lying to further seperate Elena from Marina or Marina knowingly feminized her husband to the point of no return and gaslighting him now.

At the beginning I said that Marina was the main culprit, she never loved Andrew, and the mistake he made made things worse even though he still apologized, she decided to use him to get what she wanted, no matter what would happen to him, but she didn't foresee that her uncle would end up getting involved with Andrew to such an extent, and now she wants to find a way to end it all, I would love to see her being punished, along with her accomplices.

I forgot one thing, before the surgery if the doctor was fooling Andrew he knew that Andrew would be drugged and there was no need to even mention that Elena had a niece who supported her in everything, and in the case of the phone call if Marina was supporting Andrew she wouldn't abandon him at the clinic she would wait, but she already knew what would be done so why wait, and then she abandons him for the second time, Andrew doesn't mean anything to her anymore, and Nikos everything indicates that he is very interested in Elena, because he told Andrew Elena before taking him to bed that all of this was no longer a game, and Marina seeing that she is losing control of things, and not getting what she wants now wants to end it all.

I think that the person the doctor talked to wasn't the REAL Marina, but a person that pretended to be her.
for me there is someone that dressed up as Marina & even Elena to make the disguise permanent. (someone else had the SRS speech with the Doctor in place of Andrew/Elena)
we still don't know who the Woman with the face covered in bandages truly is.

i like the idea of a Fitness obsessed guy turning into a Gym-hating chubby airheaded girl
it's a theme i love, turning someone in the exact opposite of what they were

i have the feeling that Melissa don't know how to continue the story. For me she went too fast with the feminization and especially the cultural change.

I really think you could be right. The blond haired woman that Andrew saw in restroom and then again as he waited in the clinic for the simple procedure. Marina had gone off so perhaps she pretended to be Marina that the doctor hadnt met by that point. the blonde woman may be the real rogue here and not Marina
I found it a surprise that she should start a third story with two good stories on her hands already. I would have thought that the KPop story that already exists would be easy to use with modifications.

Lets not forget that Marina was in bed with the detective so its quite possible that Dr. Gianakos is telling the truth. The fact that Mr. Seferi shot and feminized Joel puts him on the radar too. It makes me think he and Marina are working together but for what reason remains a mystery at least for now. Are Eva and Sophia also involved? I have felt suspicious about their coyness the entire story.

If we think about what is happening in the story, we see that the doctor said that Marina knew everything before the procedures. Let's go back to the doctor's appointment before the procedures. The doctor talked about her niece supporting her throughout the treatment. So Marina already knew what would happen to Andrew before she took him to the clinic. If Marina is being tricked, Andrew is being tricked too. If someone pretended to be Marina at the clinic, it would be someone young. In this case, we have Eva, Sofia and Angeliki. Since Eva and Sofia are making visits to the hospital, in this case the doctor would know them, so that leaves Angeliki. Coming back to Marina's case, she knows everything because he is tricked into pretending he doesn't know anything. She even told Andrew that she had read the medical records. And at the pool, Marina gets upset when she finds out that Andrew had sex with her uncle. I think the problem wasn't because Andrew had sex, but because it was with Nikos. And when she was having sex with that zombie, she said that Andrew would not ruin her life again, and now she is going to ruin everything. Could Andrew being in Nikos' bed be ruining her plans? I suspect Marina was waiting for someone when she was at the club, but James ruined everything, so she says she's married.

If you go back to Chapter 13 it was the two daughters who proposed that Andrew go to the clinic for a simple reversible procedure to his face. When Marina meets Andrew on the balcony (on her return from Crete) overlooking the bay, Marina agrees with the sisters that he should go through with it as his face is still too masculine and he needs to be Elena for a long time.

I suspect merina from the beginning! She may not be the One , but she has her personal reasons! Every one has their own reason and the mixed solution was Andrew become Elena! I think so , but merina may wanted something different, but now when she understand that situation becomes out of control, then she became frustrated!

I've been suspicious of Marina since the beginning. I even assumed that she was the one who drugged Andrew while he was disguised because of the jewelry. It's strange how everything happens. It seems like they were already expecting Andrew. He gets drunk and convinces him to disguise himself as a woman. Then he is drugged. Then Marina leaves him and goes to Crete, going to nightclubs and having fun. She meets James. Then she comes back and the first thing she does is talk about Andrew's mistake and easy feminization. She accompanies him to the clinic and leaves him again. The doctor talks to Andrew, who is now drugged, and even mentions that her niece supports her in everything. He is taken away and undergoes several procedures. Then she says that she read the medical records, which indicates that she already knows everything that happened to Andrew. Then she pretends not to know anything in front of him. Now the doctor says that Marina knew everything before Andrew underwent all the procedures. If after all this, she is being deceived. She must be very naive, and if someone is pretending to be her to choke the doctor, I don't think so, and when she is having sex with the zombie, she says that Andrew will not ruin her life again, it seems that she had a plan and Andrew ruined it by having sex with Nikos, and then she got frustrated to see that her plans are not working and now she wants to end it all, now we have a but what will Marina do, she is preparing to reveal the whole plot of the story during the wedding.

I've written before in this thread that "K-pop" is a dramaturgic failure. It was started from the wrong side from the very beginning, and therefore led itself into a dead end. It is possible to get out of this, but it will not be either elegant or interesting.
