Next story - The Clinic by Lisa Funke and Lorna Samuels. I don't remember when I downloaded this story, it's been a long time ago. I tried googling it but it doesn't seem to be around on sites like Fictionmania anymore.
You probably got it a very, very long time ago. I found in my archives a message Lorna posted back in August 2002 where she explains why the story is being pulled:
As some of you may already know, Sandy Thomas Publications has recently
bought out Empathy Press, which published some stories by Lisa Funke and
myself. We had a longstanding relationship with Empathy's owner, Cathy
Slavik, who was kind enough to both publish our stories, and allow them
(after several years and at our request) to be posted on The Web at our
discretion. Unfortunately, this was a 'gentlewomen's agreement' lacking
any written record or formally documented agreement. (Cathy liquidated
all assetts and moved to the Phillipines with 'her' SO.)

We have since been informed by Sandy Thomas that our story "The Clinic"
has been judged worthy of republishing. Given this renewed interest in
our story, Lisa and I have agreed that it should be immediately removed
for websites in favor of republication by Sandy Thomas. Thus, we obliged
to request that all postings of "The Clinic" be removed from tg-story
websites in accordance with existing copyright agreements.

We are both honored and embarrassed by these circumstances, and offer our
deepest and most sincere apologies for any inconvenience that this action
has or may cause.

Sincerely,
Lorna Samuels (and Lisa Funke)

I also got my copy from back then. I was editing it to read as an ebook and noticed I don't have a synopsis/blurb for it. I wonder if anybody did bother to save the blurb?

One of Joe6pack's earlier stories, so I thought I'd update the art using AI. It didn't always turn out good, but I'll share it anyway.

Did a quick comparison. I noticed that you only updated about half of the artwork. It's a bit jarring to jump from Joe's drawings to fully rendered realistic images. Some of them don't quite match the originals either, I assume you had your reasons for the changes.

Yes. Sometimes the art just doesn't translate well to AI. I usually try but if it still doesn't work after several attempts I move on.

Ok, another one of Joe Six Pack's early books, but done in an anime style. Hope you all like it!

We're getting close to the end my friends. A couple more stories to post and I'll be done.

The next story is called Anything for the Act, by an anonymous author on TGStorytime. They rushed the ending and it's kinda weird, but I left it as it is. I enjoyed making the images for the transformation though.

Here's a big one before I go on my vacation. It's a conversion of Joesixpack's story Costume Drama, one of my favorites. Apologies for not converting all the images, sometimes the AI just didn't want to cooperate. Please drop a comment if you liked it, it helps keep me motivated.
