This thread is for discussion of the various characters & events of the Andavaverse, as well as theories & suggestions on what might improve it. All characters are listed alphabetically, by first name (as so many of them lack surnames), followed by places. Not all of the characters listed were created by Andava: He draws quite a lot of crossover art featuring OC designed by other artists (such as MrPotatoParty, redraider91, Wilwont, his own brother PumpkinSinclair, etc.), but a couple of these characters have appeared in Andava's work often enough that I consider them "honorary" members of the Andavaverse, and include them here. Some of the Official Biographies listed here are actually slightly tweaked: I doubt English is Andava's first language, and the grammarian in me felt compelled to correct & tighten up his rhetoric a little bit. I should note that I am not on Andava's SubscribeStar or whatever (I'll get around to it, eventually), so I am not privy to the nuggets of lore that he drops there in the form of text (Ester & Renae are sisters, that teacher is Taniyah's mom, Cassie's entire biography, etc.). So if there's some canon knowledge to be found there that seems important enough to belong here, then by all means, please tell me what it is. Tell me in Andava's own words, and I'll happily add it to the wiki.

Many entries include speculations & suggestions; these are my own personal opinions. Most are intended to help flesh out the various characters & their backgrounds, as well as increase the connections between various people. I dislike insular characters like Miho, Grace, Valentina, etc., each existing in their own little vacuum; I'd rather the Andavaverse felt more like an actual community, where people know each other. You are all welcome to offer your own suggestions, and/or give feedback on mine; if any suggestion seems plausible & likely to enrich the flavor of the Andavaverse as a whole, I'll add it to the appropriate entry.

Each entry will include up to 12 pictures of the subject; enough to be representative, but not exhaustive. They are also not at high resolution: There is a separate thread on this forum for posting (and discussing) Andava's images, and I see no need to store duplicate copies of large files on sister forum threads. An important note is that this wiki does not cover the upcoming dating-simulator game, "Temple Valley Memories". Although Andava is a major contributor to TVM and all the characters are very similar to how they're described here, there are also some critical differences, to such an extent that TVM and the existing Andavaverse seem almost certain to be mutually exclusive. Alexis Roth
Official Bio: Alexis holds on to a secret most don’t know. That secret is that he is a BOY! Alexis spends most of his time in his room. He was picked on a lot throughout his early childhood, which made him a bit of an introvert. Despite this, Alexis doesn't seem all that shy; he is soft-spoken but one gets the sense that there is more to him than he lets on. As meek as Alexis is made out to be, when he wants something he takes it, no matter what.
Height: 5'5"
Birthday: March 23
Connections: Angelia "Pelo"'s older brother, Dylan's son, Nick's boyfriend, and Cassie's ex-boyfriend.

Known Facts: The offical "main character" of the Andavaverse, at least in the comics, starring in more of them than anyone else. Oddly, he never appears with Dylan—only once in a separate image (and a separate room) in her mini-comic, and once she was shown to have a framed photo of Alexis (in guys' clothes) & Pelo next to her bed. He is also almost never shown attending school, except in "Am I Good Enough For You". Andava once posted a pic of Alexis & Cassie with the caption "Yep they were THAT couple" . . . with the word "were" implying that their relationship was a thing of the past, and that AIGEFY is essentially a flashback. Every time he is pictured in public with Cassie, he is wearing men's clothes. He is in the same Journalism class as Cassie & Darcy, at least during AIGEFY, and seems to report to Darcy. His erect penis is noticeably larger when he is with Cassie, than when he is with another guy—most likely due to porn logic.

Theories / Speculations: The images seem to suggest that, for most of the timeline, Alexis has already graduated from THS (while Pelo & Darcy are still enrolled), and likely was not openly transvestite until after he'd graduated (and, presumably, broken up with Cassie). The image of him wearing a cheerleading uniform in the THS locker room is problematic, but I think it's more likely that he obtained / borrowed a used uniform and was snuck in for some illicit celebration . . . rather than the idea that he, while still attending school, used the Boys' locker room to change into his Girls' cheerleading uniform, and was welcomed on as an official member of the cheer squad—not least because he's never been shown with any actual cheerleaders. The fact that he is never seen with his mother could mean that she is disgusted by his homosexuality (or at least his transvestism) and has essentially disowned him . . . or alternatively, it could simply suggest that he's never with his mom because he doesn't live at her house any more, he's moved in with Nick. There are some different opinions flying around, about whether Alexis has become either more or less open about his cross-dressing over time, or whether he has remained more constant over his arc, always remaining closeted & dressing like a guy in public except when he wants to be risky.

Suggestions: Put him, Dylan, and maybe Nick into a comic together, clarifying their relationship(s) and possibly the general timeline.

Angelia "Pelo" Roth
Official Bio: She is known in her school to be the easy one. Pelo is clueless about a lot of things—jokes and references blow over her head a lot. She is very laid back. What many think is disinterest or ignorance, Darcy thinks might just be due to stupidity.
Height: 5'3"
Birthday: October 6
Connections: Alexis's younger sister, Dylan's daughter, Darcy's best friend, and Slee-Z's fuck-buddy.

Known Facts: The school includes girls as slutty as Brianna, Ester, & Na-Na, but even in comparison to them, Pelo is the one with the reputation for being "easy"—which speaks volumes about her promiscuity. She's almost never seen with the same guy more than once; the only exception is Slee-Z. Devoted to the band 'Bloodpool from the Crown', but even she has been seen to wear one of the fake T-shirts flying around. Has been seen with marijuana paraphernalia, which would tie in with the "laid back, disinterested, clueless" mentioned in her bio. The name Roth is derived from "Rot", the German word for red; Pelo and her best friend have essentially the same surname. Despite most likely having no Hispanic ancestry (she's 1/4th Japanese, the rest Northern European), Angelia has kind-of appropriated some of their culture: In addition to "Pelo" being Spanish for "hair" (this wasn't really her doing, Andava says "Eva made Angelia's nickname of 'Pelo' stick after a Spanish class incident"), around Halloween she & Alexis have both repeatedly worn skull-like face paint, in the tradition of Dia de los Muertos.
As sexually open as she is, not even Pelo has enough free time to satisfy all of the penises that constantly surround her . . . leaving Darcy, Dylan, and Alexis ideally positioned to take their picks from the remainder.

Theories / Speculations: Porn logic is probably the only thing keeping Pelo from having every STD there is.
Suggestions: She seems to have no aspirations in life other than getting laid & going to concerts. Which is fine for a teenager, but does she not think about her future? Show her working in a music store (selling albums, instruments, band merch, etc.), and likely banging those customers who buy something. Doesn't have to be a full (or even mini-)comic, a standalone image or two would get the point across.

Brandon Cabral
Official Bio: Darcy's crush and used to be a long-time friend, but drifted apart. As he was struggling in a course, Darcy used it as an excuse to be around each other again by studying together. Deciding to join football was a decision for a lifestyle change, due to issues growing up.

Connections: Plays football for THS (letterman jacket, has a football patch in PumpkinSinclair's drawings but not in Andava's), and Darcy's former crush, pivotal in Darcy's grudge against Ester.

Known Facts: Regards himself as unintelligent. This is almost certainly correct: Judging by the marked size difference between Darcy & himself, he's likely an upperclassman re-taking a required English course that he'd previously failed . . . and he still needs Darcy's help.

Theories / Speculations: These "issues" he had growing up, and/or his neglected childhood friendship with Darcy (& therefore Pelo?) . . . are they connected to the bad thing that got Eva expelled from school?

Brianna Ballantyne
Official Bio: Darcy's rival (one-sided rivalry), Brianna is a model student in the eyes of the staff at school. Brianna is very subdued, nonchalant, and very cunning. Her egomania is her biggest trait. She manipulates her friends to do things for her pleasure.
Height: 5'6"
Birthday: January 23

Connections: Lily's sister. On (and presumably head of) the cheerleading squad, with Na-Na & Ester. When having group sex, usually appears with Erica & Na-Na (and anonymous males). The "one-sided rivalry" with Darcy is most likely nothing of the sort, it's probably just Darcy feeling both envy & contempt for Brianna, who in turn regards Darcy as a complete nobody.

Known Facts: Unlike Erica & Na-Na, never shown to have a steady boyfriend. Arguably the most lesbian girl in the Andavaverse, and almost always giving head rather than receiving it—as if she was handing out favors to be collected on later. Shown having sex with, and sexually coaching, her younger sister Lily, despite the fact that Lily is approximately 4 times as slutty as Brianna.
Theories / Speculations: Does Brianna know that Lily's body count is higher than her own?

Suggestions: It's high time she got her own comic, particularly one that showcases the cunning, egomania, and manipulation promised in her biography. My absurdly specific suggestion: Brianna wants a car, and a guy named Quentin (as there are no Q names yet) can get her one. Quentin's dad owns a used-car lot, and he's willing to cut her a good deal on a nice, sporty one if she can get him laid with the girl he wants. He's got a thing for cute, petite girls with glasses, so he wants Ester. Brianna has a lot of pull with Ester, so she agrees. Ester, however, doesn't: She's heard (from the school nurse?) that Quentin has chlamydia, so she won't touch him. So Brianna decides to pull a bait-&-switch, using Darcy as a stand-in for Ester. Brianna & Erica pressure Darcy to fuck this Quentin guy, with the promise that if she does, Brianna will get Ester to stop bullying her. Brianna gives Quentin some excuse as to why Ester couldn't come, and he agrees to the substitution—on the condition that Brianna joins in, making it a threesome. Reluctantly, she does so—keeping her shorts on, to avoid the disease (which they didn't warn Darcy about, of course). Ester gets to spread the rumor about Darcy's chlamydia, Erica gets revenge for whatever Darcy wrote in the paper, and Brianna (with her dad's money) gets her car.

Official Bio:
Connections: Cassie's sexual boytoy, and classmate of Lily (and presumably Skylar & Taniyah as well).
Known Facts: Student at Tilixia Middle School, wears glasses.
Theories / Speculations: Out of the two sexual partners he's had in his life, both of them have repeatedly been shown sexually roleplaying as dogs. Don't tell me that doesn't affect the sexual / psychological development of an 11-year-old.

Suggestions: Give him & Felipe each a personality trait, or a sport, talent, hobby, something. Perhaps one of them plays a musical instrument—giving them grounds for a possible later connection with Pelo, or Grace?

Cassie Ramirez
Official Bio: Meet Cassie Ramirez, the newest face in the Temple Valley Universe! She is a creepy film snob with an interest in the macabre. During lunch, it wouldn't be out of place to find her in the multimedia room developing her film or watching some horror. When she isn't doing that she acts as the school's Yearbook photographer. At home, she makes indie movies with her friends. There is a rumor going around that she might be a serial killer! An outlandish idea for sure, however, Cassie isn't helping her case because she is obsessed with serial killers.

Connections: Alexis's ex-(depending on one's point in the timeline) girlfriend. Hebephile mentor (sexually and possibly otherwise) of Carlos. Co-worker of Erica & Jacob. In the same Journalism class as Alexis & Darcy, at least during AIGEFY, and seems to report to Darcy.
Known Facts: Speaks with a lisp, possibly caused by her braces. Works at the Kinoplex, the town's movie theater. Almost certainly a (the?) photographer for the school newspaper as well as the yearbook.

Theories / Speculations: Cassie is one of the few girls at THS who hasn't also appeared as a much younger, "loli" version of herself. Fans have speculated that one reason why she seeks out the sexual company of very-underage boys—and why she's just generally creepy in her overall behavior—is because she herself was sexually molested as a child, and this warped her perspective on when & how youngsters should be introduced to the world of sex.

Cecilia "Ceci"
Official Bio:
Connections: Hebephile mentor (sexually and possibly otherwise) of Felipe.

Known Facts: Expert swimmer: wears a letterman jacket (not from THS) with patches reading "WATER POLO CHAMPS 2009" and (presumably) "SPHS 2010 STATE", with an icon of a person swimming. Almost always wearing a bathing suit, frequently seen in or near water. Either has a breeding fetish (with Felipe as the intended father), or enjoys roleplaying that possibility.

Theories / Speculations: Almost certainly a P.E. teacher at the middle school, and probably at THS as well; someone's got to coach that swim team that Ester is on.

Claudia Emma Cross
Official Bio: She is a vampire, and a fixer—she can be bought in many ways for dubious services. She normally can be found in or near her local seedy Irish pub.
Connections: None with any other Andavaverse characters, except for an alternate version of Darcy that is a taller, heavier, adult police officer.

Known Facts: She's far more of a prostitute than a "fixer", frequently appearing with cash in the image, and/or discussing the transaction with her john—no other kind of "dubious service" is ever mentioned. Andava also apparently has an odd idea of what a vampire is: All of Claudia's teeth are sharp, and she's seen as a loli; meaning that she ages & grows, and therefore isn't undead. She is shown having bitten a man's neck, but not actually feeding from him. She is Irish, and speaks with a slight accent.
Theories / Speculations:

Suggestions: Claudia currently exists in a kind of limbo, neither within nor outside of the Andavaverse. I see her going in one of three ways:
1) Write her another comic, likely co-starring Eva and/or Madeline Zoldak, that explains her fully (physiognomy, origins, etc., including her loli version), and reinforce her presence in the shared universe with background cameos from other Andavaverse characters.
2) Go the opposite tack, and reveal that the vampire Claudia is a fictional character in the graphic novel "Fangs", which was written by some member of the Andavaverse—it would have to be someone familiar with Darcy, to justify the appearance of Officer Redd in Fangs. Perhaps it's the work of Mr. Hiscock or one of the other teachers, but my preferred theory is that it's a collaboration between Cassie & Alexis: She already makes horror movies, so why not one about a vampire hooker? She makes them "with her friends," Alexis is quite likely still a friend, he could have drawn the storyboards for the movie—and the leap from storyboard to comic book is a very small one, he could easily have finished it before Cassie completed the film version. (Especially if they encountered production difficulties, and just decided to go ahead with the comic instead—and even make some promotional merch for it, like the sticker seen on Alexis's phone.) They're both familiar with Darcy in the role of disciplinarian, which explains her in-comic version being a police officer . . . and Officer Mike and Claudia herself could easily be based on an actual cop & a normal human prostitute.
3) Make no changes at all: Don't even bother trying to integrate her into the Andavaverse, just continue drawing the occasional standalone image to keep her fans happy.

Darcy Redd
Official Bio: Darcy is your average student, she is not even exceptional in any area. She is part of the school paper and best friends with Pelo. Darcy is an assertive and cunning girl. She will do anything to keep her friendship intact . . . even if it means doing some unthinkable things.
Height: 5'2"
Birthday: April 14

Connections: The central character of the Andavaverse—quite apart from her status as the Everyman & audience-insert character (being the "average student", the underdog, and for a long time the only plain-looking girl), she has far more connections to other people than anyone else does. There's her obvious joined-at-the-hip friendship with Pelo & grudge against Ester, and then there are the official biographies of Erica, Brianna, Eva, and Brandon, which all go out of their way to mention Darcy, even offering some tantalizing hints of backstory. She apparently has power (likely due to seniority) at the school newspaper, specifically over Cassie & Alexis. An alternate version of her even appears in "Fangs", with Claudia.

Known Facts: The worst karate student in the world—between her first lesson as a loli and the pic of her sitting on the bench, roughly 12 years have passed, and she is still only a white belt. She is also a lousy swimmer, wearing a life vest in a pool.

Theories / Speculations: Regarding the "unthinkable things" line in her bio: Andava himself published a picture (and some variations of it) showing Darcy having just woken up from a nightmare, and commented on it "This is a plot point of the story I have been mulling over. Still very premature. In the past, I said she does something to try to keep being friends with Pelo. This is her horrifying revelation to make it a reality." The most obvious conclusion to be drawn from this is that Darcy is responsible for getting Eva kicked out of school & society, and thus safely unable to keep pulling Pelo away from Darcy. The most palatable way that this could have come about is that the Bad Thing (the event that got Eva in trouble & expelled) simply happened, with no one at fault, and Darcy could have exonerated Eva but knowingly chose not to do so. The least palatable way is that Darcy intentionally caused the Bad Thing, with the premeditated goal of actively framing Eva for it, almost certainly using Eva's fascination with Satanism & the occult to cast aspersions on her morality. Darcy's later foray into journalism neatly meshes with this idea of using stories & the media as a means to accomplish her ends.

Suggestions: 1) Please keep drawing her young. Fuck those prudes who want you to pretend that nobody has a libido until they're visited by the Adulthood Fairy on their 18th birthday.
2) Let's see how Darcy got her fatigues shirt, and Pelo her patrol cap. Did they come from some soldier / National Guardsman who suddenly had to leave Pelo's room in a hurry, and only half dressed? Or did the two girls simply happen to wander into an Army / Navy Store one bored afternoon?

Dylan Karura Roth
Official Bio: n/a
Connections: Mother of Alexis & Angelia "Pelo".
Known Facts: Works as a realtor, at least during the time of the 1st picture below (the backstory is that Pelo took Liam to one of the empty houses her mom was going to be showing, unaware that Dylan was to be showing that house that very day). Beyond that, Dylan's employment history is unspecified, with the only information coming from her wardrobe (often business attire) and surroundings (sometimes appears in what looks like an office environment, which would be consistent with real estate).
The names Dylan, Karura, and Roth, are of Welsh, Japanese, and German origins, respectively. Andava repeatedly refers to Dylan as "Mipo" or "Mama Mipo"—the acronym MIPO stands for "Mom I'd Pass On", meaning the opposite of a MILF . . . and as far as I can tell, the term has no different, more complimentary meaning in Portuguese, or any particularly relevant meaning in Japanese slang. Even more oddly, in a Christmas-themed image of her, Dylan's hair colors are inverted (the parts that are usually black are now white), and she's wearing a wedding ring, which she's never been seen with in any other picture.

Theories / Speculations: Dylan looks about the right age to have been born near the end of the Vietnam War, perhaps to an American soldier / officer with Welsh ancestry, who was stationed in Japan. It's plausible that after the war (or his tour was over), the serviceman took Dylan (and presumably her mom) to the U.S., where she eventually met & married a Mr. Roth, quite likely the unnamed ex we see in her mini-comic.
Andava himself states that Dylan is Japanese, with zero mention of her being mixed-race, let alone specifically Welsh. And while he is the creator, I find this difficult to believe. Not only does Dylan not look like a full-blooded Japanese to me (and Alexis & Pelo don't look very Asian either), it seems extremely unlikely that Japanese parents would give their newborn daughter a name that a) is foreign, b) contains an L, and c) is given almost exclusively to boys. In Wales, however, the name Dylan is far less gender-specific; it's still given mostly to boys, but there are plenty of girls too. So personally, I think it's far more plausible that Dylan's American father simply named his baby after his Welsh grandmother, or something.

Suggestions: Have Dylan & Megan work at the same place. Also, Dylan wants more cock, while Megan wants less: So move them both into the same office, and have Dylan take half of Megan's work"load" while Megan interns to support Dylan's job. Let Dylan's mothering nature shame & berate the men into making sure that Megan enjoys the sex, too. Bonus Irony Points: have Dylan work in Human Resources. Let her explain that her job is to make sure that everything in their workplace is proper & above-board, that nobody does anything illegal or inappropriate. Have her say this while getting railed by one executive, and teaching another on how best to perform cunnilingus on an 8-year-old.

Elric
Official Bio:
Connections: Na-Na's boyfriend (mostly). He plays some sport, probably soccer, for THS. Never (yet) seen in a letterman jacket.
Known Facts: Elric might have been designed by either Andava or PumpkinSinclair, but was most probably created by somebody called Onewing.

Theories / Speculations: He was most likely named after either Elric of Melniboné, or one of the Elric brothers in Fullmetal Alchemist, so it's a safe bet that his parents must have been pretty huge nerds. Whether or not this affinity for fantasy literature / manga passed to Elric himself, though, is unclear; he plays at least one sport, but he's also called a nerd. He's mostly into music, anyway.

Erica Andrikian (formerly Andreyko)
Official Bio: Erica is Brianna's close friend. Very much a gossip girl, likes spreading rumors. She doesn't like Darcy very much, she thinks she is full of crap because of Darcy's articles in the school newspaper. She is obsessed with trying to find anything that she can nail Darcy for. She has a snappy way of talking, very snarky and quick-witted. You can't tell if she likes you or hates you. Very physical with boys, very punchy. She knows that she can be hard to be around sometimes, but she really appreciates those friends who do tolerate her. Raised in a large family as the only daughter, Erica learned quickly that if she wanted to stand out, she'd need to be tough! Even so, under her cold glare is an appreciative and loyal friend—and to Jacob, something even stronger! Unfortunately, sometimes the way she shows that appreciation could be described as . . . intense.

Birthday: September 9
Connections: Friends with Brianna, Na-Na, & Ester, on the volleyball team with Ixtaro & Na-Na, and she's also Jacob's girlfriend. In group sex scenes, often appears with Brianna & Na-Na.

Known Facts: The surname Andreyko is Slavic / Russian in origin, while Andrikian is Armenian. Erica is reputed to have anal sex more often than any other girl (which would be quite a feat, considering the competition / setting), and while this may have been true back in the early days of the Andavaverse, newer characters like Ixtaro and Lola seem to have surpassed her . . . in proportion of anal sex acts, at least, if not in sheer absolute number.
Andava has stated that Erica has never cheated (on Jacob) and is "really loyal". While it's true that Jacob is her most common identifiable fuck-buddy, she also has a hell of a lot of sex with faceless and/or multiple men, and even with the occasional solo guy is who is verifiably not Jacob. Then again, commissioned requests are what pay a lot of Andava's bills, and Erica is a popular character . . . so whether her "infidelity" is canon or not is fairly debateable.

Theories / Speculations: For a time, I theorized that Erica's proclivity for anal sex might have been due to her male-dominated childhood upbringing—that either she learned to do it by watching her brothers do it to each other, or alternatively, her brothers wanted to fuck her vaginally, but she bargained them down to anal instead, to avoid the risk of pregnancy. Turns out, I was overthinking it: Andava explained it as "I just figured since she’s so uptight, she could get it up her tight butt."

Suggestions: Release alternate versions of those pictures that include her name (to show her new one), and ideally please post an explanation of why you decided to change it. And state what Darcy wrote in the paper that pissed Erica off—or better yet, make a new (mini?) comic that shows Darcy's article, and Erica's reaction to it.

Ester Figueroa
Official Bio: A small girl, but she is feisty! She is a Hispanic girl who loves to stay active; from running & hiking to swimming for her school's swim team, she's keeping herself busy. Ester is very peppy—it's amazing how she never seems tired from her daily routines! She could be considered the prettiest & most beloved girl in the school. She's always involved with school events, so even the staff have high praise for her. Due to this, she manages to gain a lot of trust—she can't help but spread rumors.

Height: 4'9" (145 cm)
Birthday: August 13
Connections: Renae's sister, on the cheerleading squad with Brianna & Na-Na. (Oddly, the "Bus Ride" series starring Na-Na & Elric is the only time Ester & Brianna are shown together. Which is another hint that Ester is a year or two younger than Brianna—it would narrow the window in which both girls are at the same school.)

Known Facts: Ester's official height is the clearest absolute evidence that at least some of the THS students are not 18 years old yet. Granted, many Latinas are quite short (Fun Fact: Any adult standing 4'10" or less is legally classified as a little person in the U.S.), but her blue eyes & Hispanic surname clearly indicate that she's not 100% Native American, so all told it seems more probable that she's just a 15-year-old sophomore (or thereabouts) who simply hasn't yet reached her full grown-up height. The picture of her in a graduation cap & gown is problematic, likely because it was specifically intended to be. It could be the end of her schooling at THS (any images of her attending school after that would be assumed to be at TVA), or theoretically it could be her graduation from middle school and therefore the start of her career at THS. Critically, there is the charm on her mortarboard tassel to be considered: Such charms commonly indicate the current year, and Ester's can be construed to read "2011" . . . which is approximately five years before the Andavaverse really got going. So, even though her charm almost certainly doesn't say 2011, I also can't read it as saying anything else.

Theories / Speculations: Her face and laugh at the end of Lessons Learned clearly indicate that, whether Ester intended the encounter or not, she's enjoying Darcy's disappointment / anguish. This implies that either Ester is using this event as revenge for a (perceived) slight by Darcy, or (IMO the more likely scenario) Ester is bullying Darcy. Physically & visually, they have many similarities, so people would naturally compare the two—and Ester's competitive nature won't let her be seen as the lesser person in that comparison.

Official Bio: The Shy Band Geek
Connections: None known to any character.
Known Facts: Plays the trombone in Band, seen in two different marching band uniforms, but bearing the same school colors—as one uniform bears the initials TVA, the other one must be from THS. Grace is apparently another BftC fan, only seen in 1 of their shirts she but wears it frequently. Appears to be a case of Resting Sad Face: Her neutral expressions look displeased / grumpy. She enjoys most forms of sex except anal; she'll do it, but her reactions to it range from pain & disgust to moderate dislike.

Theories / Speculations: Given her Irish ancestry & given name of Grace, it's very likely that her parent(s) are/were Catholic, even if she herself is not.
Suggestions: How can the trombone player not be shown giving some guy a trombone? (This one time, at band camp . . . ) And let's have more pics of her hanging around while other people get laid—that would give her some more connections with other characters (albeit very tenuous ones), as well as reinforce her "shy" status.

Counselor Hartman
Official Bio:
Connections: A member of the staff / administration at Temple Valley Academy. (Would she be considered faculty, if she doesn't actually teach courses?) No known connections with any character.

Known Facts: The name "Hartman" is another Germanic one, meaning "hard / strong / brave" "man / warrior". Andava allowed his subscribers to vote on the character's appearance, letting them determine things such as her skin & hair color, making her very unlikely to be related to any existing character.

Theories / Speculations: Andava has always blurred the gender line with all the attention he gives Alexis, and the strikingly high degree of bisexuality shown by nearly all of the characters. But he's never yet shown an actual transgender person, or even a woman wearing a strap-on dildo. Combining a name with connotations of "hard erect penis" with a woman with DD or E-cup breasts, would be an excellent opportunity to break that streak . . . but unfortunately, it really doesn't look like it's going to happen any time soon, at least not with Ms. Hartman. Not only has she been confirmed to be a cis female, but the raciness of the game's sexual content seems to be considerably toned down; I don't expect we'll see any relationships that would be considered "improper", including anything between an authority figure and an impressionable student who's under her direct guidance. So my guess is that Hartman will simply be the exposition character, who introduces the player to the TVA campus & a handful of other students, and then spends the remainder of the game as the "Help" screen, answering the player's questions. I very much doubt you'll be able to date her at all.

Mr. Hiscock
Official Bio:
Connections: One of Na-Na's teachers, no other known connections.

Known Facts: A teacher at THS (almost certainly teaches English), in fact the only teacher to have both a name & a face. (The only other named instructor, a Mr. Dove, appears just in a text message exchange with Pelo in "Backdoor Pass".) Mr. Hiscock is seen in only a few images, discussing and "negotiating" Na-Na's grade with her, and his name is also seen carved into a desk.

Theories / Speculations:
Suggestions: Flesh out the ranks of teachers, probably with more puns. Men with surnames like Peters, Wang, Johnson, & Cox, and women with surnames like Hills, Gulch, Hind, & Gamine.

Ivonne "Eva" Costello (formerly Evanne, & then Ivanne)
Official Bio: Eva is a former friend of Angelia "Pelo". They became close friends and even "witch sisters" during one summer. Things changed when Darcy moved back to her home town. Shortly afterward, Eva got in a lot of trouble and expelled from school. Pelo abruptly cut ties with her, in favor of her childhood friend—Eva sees this as a betrayal of the sisterhood they had. She has a take-no-shit exterior, but she is actually very tolerant with people. At home, she reads books on mysticism & demonology, she likes anything of the occult for historical reference. Eva tells herself that she doesn't believe in these kinds of things, but when she can't explain something, she turns to one of these areas for understanding.

Connections: Former close friend of Pelo, possible enemy of Darcy. The term "witch sisters" appears not to mean lesbian lovers.

Known Facts: Heavily into (at least some forms of) metal music, including Bloodpool from the Crown. Plays lead guitar in her own band, "A Wicked Brood". She's the band's manager as well, and taking some Marketing & Business classes to that end. Ivonne is the French / Spanish variant of Yvonne. Andava changed her name because "I had too many E names." Despite the change, her nickname is still Eva. Her surname Costello, meanwhile, is Irish in origin; it's actually unrelated to the very similar names of Castello, Castillo, and Castilho, which are (respectively) Italian, Spanish, and Portugese. Eva is either the same age as Pelo, or up to 3 years older: Both girls were once in Spanish class together, so either they were in the same grade or Eva was working as the Teacher's Assistant for that class.

Official Bio: The Cuban Striker
Connections: On the THS volleyball team with Erica & Na-Na.
Known Facts: She's glimpsed in"Tough Break", playing the position called Setter. Its name could easily be different in Portugese, however.

Theories / Speculations: Google says there are two plausible origins for her name—in the Basque language, Itxaro (note the difference in spelling, pronounced "e-CHAR-o" or "e-TSAR-o") is a female name meaning "hope", and there is significant Basque influence in Cuba. Alternatively, in Nahuatl (a language indigenous to central Mexico), the name Ixtaro means "clear sky, open sky". A Mexican commercial pilot would have reason to make regular trips to Cuba, name his daughter after good flight conditions, and not stay with one baby mama for very long.

Suggestions: Possibly have her & Taniyah be half-sisters (being only half instead of full siblings would better explain why their names & body types are so different), and mention that they regularly do each other's hair.
