Went looking through my files and found the originals to what Andy posted. I don't think its AI, more likely just someone photoshopped Lilys face to the more current style/look she has.

It 100% AI. Look at her shoes. They get morphed weirdly.

Maybe both? I play around with AI a lot (locally hosted stuff, not the massively censored Midjourney crap or Google's black nazi Gemini garbage) and one of the things you can do is put in a base image and have the AI modify that. What made me think its not AI is the cap not lining up with her hair, but maybe this person just poorly layered the changes in photoshop then put the image into AI to try and have it smooth out the rough edges?

AI is honestly a whole ass rabbit hole to go down. But yeah there absolutely are some models (they are more like addon models rather than an entire thing themself) that copy artist styles and there like 20 of them for Andava/LilAndy.

Why they deleted post though, was a good piece. Thx to the guy who shared AI site, good stuff there, would recommend, though they changed that pic with something else as this one doesn't support image reference.
