Artists that I can pay to create a comix story

I am willing to pay a couple of 100 USD to have a comix artist create a comix on request. It will be about a couple that goes to a swingers club and will have a hotwife/cuckold theme. The drawing style of the artist should be like Andrew Tarusov, MrSweetCuckhold, Pegasus Smith or Art of Jaguar. I have asked MrSweetCuckhold but he does not do requests now.
Anybody that have suggestions for any other comix artist I can ask?
