For simplicity i extracted them, thankfully 'saving page' worked and i didn't need to do each picture individually. Though they are noted as scaled, not sure how though. Maybe guests get a certain size or smaller...

it wont upload because the file is too big

If it's a video i can recompress to make it fit, or use 7zip and split the file into multiple 80-100Mb files. (200Mb is supposedly supported, but more smaller files i think are better, since if you download one that's corrupted, that's a smaller file to replace, and the Download All will do up to 1Gb).

If it's images, i can optimize and it may shave enough space, or convert formats (png to webp often saves space, if it's jpeg files artifacts may have to try to be removed before changing types)
