In this absence of new Blackadder (real) sets, I've been thinking. Do you remember how you found Blackadder?
Blackadder's images were some of the first and best in the 3d porn image genre, so they were always used in the advertisements on of porn sites. Most of Blackadder's early works were used in these adverts, mainly Hazards and Monster Sex. They weren't advertising Blackadder, they were advertising some other unrelated porn works or just straight up a phishing scam.
Though I thought the images were good, I didn't know they were part of image sets or that there were more of them so I didn't bother hunting down the real source. Wish I did, would've introduced me to his work sooner.
Like icekatana, my first real exposure was a user on xvideos who went by the name of "Roni3d."
I watched some of their videos for 3d hentai that they reposted, namely Umemaro. When checking out their profile they also had Blackadders sets uploaded as video slideshows with sensual music in the background.
Eventually, "Roni3d" was either copyright struck into channel deletion (would've been Blackadder, Umemaro and the owners of the other videos on his channel are not known to be on top of copyright infringement) or deleted their channel on their own accord.
I did remember the video of Monster Sex 6 having "erotic-3d-art.com" carved into the side of the tomb. I went to his site finally and found his name, and searched for an online library which I found on 8muses (rip). Monster Sex 6 was and still is one of my favorite sets, so I'm lucky I returned to the video often enough that I memorized the tomb's inscription.
Eventually, 8muses' gallery was copyright struck (I wonder from who) and I started downloading the image sets from sites like svscomics, romcomics, scomics, and others I'm probably forgetting. Honestly, Blackadder is one of the main reasons why I started to download and save porn. Him and other videos that were copystruck as well, of course, but mostly Blackadder.
Honestly, one of the reasons why I'm tech savvy is my time downloading porn and installing porn games. Not claiming to be as savvy as someone who knows how to code or studied comp sci, I'm claiming to be more savvy than the average person my age, and I think my efficiency is more practical for the average person who just wants to download free shit on the internet.
The first comic set I remember waiting for its leak was Below the City. Goddamn, was that an amazing set. At this time I still wasn't on any forums since I didn't realize there were porn forums like this and was unaware all of the sites I scoured took their sources from these forums.
That was until Gisela 007 was taking so long to leak on the sites I frequented. In horny frustration I googled "Gisela 007.rar" and found f95zone. I started lurking on there and some people linked the 8muses forums for some leaked sets on that forum. I started lurking there as well.
I finally decided to join the community and post around Stella 001. Haven't looked back since. I've made a lot of friends over the years on all these forums, with some of them quitting, some getting banned, some returning, and some still here after all this time. I think my oldest active friend on these forums is westkoastlotus, I remember him being a good mod on the 8muses forums. I always enjoy chilling on these forums.
Thanks for giving me a trip down memory lane. I can't believe I've followed Blackadder since high school until now. I basically grew into a man while constantly returnging to Blackadder's works to jerk it.
It's honestly sad watching him go down the AI route. It's like watching an old friend self-destruct.
Porn artists and creators I enjoy have quit the industry in the past, and it was a painful experience. Especially when they were such a talented person or studio, even more so when they don't give a goodbye message, leaving their communities struggling for an explanation.
Honestly, I would've preferred Blackadder doing that instead of what he's doing right now.
