i think over 1000 as Kim has to undergo more changes including breast implants - remember Gloria wants Kim to be more attractive and she already said she will pay for her plastic surgeries.

I wouldn't read TOO much on it, it may not be fully intentional on the part of the author. I don't have any inside info, but it's quite likely that CBlack used a female model as base for Daniel/Kim and tweaked it to look more masculine at the beginning of the story. As the story progresses, the masculinizing tweaks are lessened and eventually abandoned, and the character assumes fully female proportions... including in things that realistically shouldn't be affected, such as hand size.
