One of them is a character in Madness Together. (If I am not mistaken) the woman first appeared in the cafe where David works. I forgot her name but as far as I recall she was Sarah's old friend and coworker in the hospital where they worked.

The most reasonable way of ending the story without endless chapters is that If Alex would know somehow the possible baby wasn't his he left, divorce and end of the serie comic. If It took the pregnancy direction. Other alternative, fooling him, having Daniel's baby It will be unbearable drama. I really hope If Daval wants to keep milking the goose that lays the golden eggs, won't introduce a baby in the scene.
