What do locked format entails?

For example, try to delete promo pages or extract single pages

Using IrfanView 64 is dead easy to rip images out of a pdf after you get it set up. I prefer jpgs to pdf so I can weed out all the fluff disclaimer pages and the advertisements at the end...I then make them into a cbr file and can use comic viewing programs to page through them. To each their own of course...
