MUST READ General Rules [12-12-2023]

1. General

1. Be respectful. Opinions are fine, attacks are not
2. No spamming shady links, malware, etc
   
   • Do not link to banned or blacklisted content
3. We are an English-speaking community. Please provide a translation with your post if it's not in English
   
   • Non-English is allowed in dedicated translation threads
4. Pay attention to and respect our Staff, their decisions are final
5. Content depicting nudity, sexualization, or sexual/erotic activity involving prepubescent character(s) is prohibited. A "prepubescent character" is one that visually shows no sign of puberty, or if non-visual is otherwise clearly intended to represent a prepubescent character. 2D and 'unrealistic' depictions are generally looked upon more favorably. As this involves some discretion, if you are unsure ask a Staff Member.
6. Do not engage in either Like or review manipulation. This includes using alt accounts, incentivized Like/review schemes, "Like for Like", review bombing, etc.
7. Alt accounts are allowed, so long as they're not used to break any of the above rules, circumvent bans, manipulate likes/reviews/discussion, or mislead the user base.
8. No IRL bestiality or gore allowed.

2 . On-Topic

The following rules apply to all threads in the main sections, such as CONTENT, DISCUSSION, and FEEDBACK:

1. Read How to post comics / manga under CONTENT
2. All discussions in these threads should be kept on-topic and be about the content/creator/etc
   
   • Memes/gifs/reactions are fine as long as they don't derail the discussion and aren't excessive or distracting, eg. combining or chain quoting them is considered excessive. As a rule of thumb, if words are enough then do not use an image
   • Do not branch the topic into posting about random unrelated discussions, favorite movies/food/weather/etc, or complaints about moderator actions/rules
   • Please move any disruptive/prolonged arguments to PM
3. Avoid excessive use of BBCode, all caps, multicolored or oversized fonts, etc
4. Kink shaming is not allowed
5. Do not promote your own unofficial Sites/Blogs/Discords/YouTube Channels/etc, unless it's relevant to a service you're providing the community
6. Do not spam content threads asking for updates to be shared (i.e. "+1", "bump" or similar are not accepted)
   
   • Asking ONCE is fine, but avoid spamming or repeating other's requests
7. Spoilers are allowed, but it is polite to hide such content
8. Pay attention to any Moderation Notice in the thread's OP, they are thread-specific rules approved by Staff and carry the same weight as rules listed here

3. Links & Uploading

1. Do not link to any kind of promotional website (eg. Adfly) or use referral links
2. No links containing anything malicious (Adware, Malware, Trojans, Viruses, etc.)
3. Links and files must not have passwords
   
   • Exceptions may only be made if passwords were used by the original archive creator, in which case the password must be provided above the download link(s). Does not apply to self-created archives.
4. To post links, you need to have 5 posts
5. Do not post unnecessarily.
6. The above rules apply to links to other sites, no linking to sites that use ads, referrals, etc.

4. Signatures

1. The total maximum height should be 200px
   
   • This allows for images, a couple of lines of text, and/or a Spoiler tag
2. Maximum of 2 images (3 for Donors or people who had their signature set up before this rule was implemented)
   
   • The maximum dimensions of EACH image should be 450x125
   • The maximum total file size of all images should be less than 3MB
   • GIFs are allowed, but the animation shouldn't be 'annoying' or seizure-inducing
   • Images must be hosted locally on our server.
3. Spoilers are fine, however:
   
   • You may not use it to hide additional images (max is still 2)
   • Youtube/Vimeo/etc embeds are allowed within spoilers, a maximum of 3
4. Links & Promotion:
   
   • Links to Patreon, official sites/discords/blogs/etc, and threads are welcomed
   • Do not use referral links or any other similar form of promotion
   • Don't beg for likes
5. All forum rules apply to signature content - be respectful

5. Requests

1. Before making a request, check to see if the content has already been uploaded or requested
2. Don't ask for comics / manga / others that haven't been released yet
3. Manga / comics / others must be understandable by English speakers
4. Don't spam requests for updates in the thread, instead create a request
5. Do not request for someone to make your ideas into manga / comics / others
6. Failure to follow the "Request Template," present will result in the rejection of the request

6. Reporting people

1. Everyone has the option to report users and should do so if they feel it's necessary. Make sure to write a clear and detailed report about the situation, giving quotes and/or links to the threads in question (even if they have since been deleted), and include screenshots if appropriate
2. Pick an appropriate category when submitting a Report
3. If you have a problem with a Moderator, contact a Staff Member or Exo
4. If you have a problem with a Staff Member, contact Exo
5. Do not abuse the Report or Ticket systems

7. AI-Generated Content

1. Any AI-generated content that resembles minors or teens is absolutely prohibited.
