- What if Stolas and Stella died while Octavia was still a baby and Blitz had to adopt her and raise her and take care of her?
- What if Blitz was born in America and became president?
- What if Stella never married Stolas and wound up joining I.M.P.?
- What if Blitz and/or Stolas were female and/or had female counterparts?
- What if Blitz and Verosika had a kid?
- What if Blitz had a twin brother?
- What if Blitz was a Goetia bird?
- What if Blitz was Lucifer's hitman?
- What if Blitz, Stolas, and Stella were in a 3 way love triangle?
- What if Moxxie actually had moxy?
- What if Blitz was a hellhound?
- What if Charlie had a brother?
- What if Hell freezes over?
- What if Stolas adopted Loona?
- What if Alastor adopted Loona?
- What if Loona and Octavia were born extremely powerful with unlimited potential?
- What if Blitz meet Loona's mom and firmed a relationship with her?
- What if Blitz and Stolas kept their love affair a secret for years and were successful?
- What if Stolas divorced Stella before having a relationship with Blitz?
- What if people knew about the existence of Heaven and Hell and all of the beings that live there?

- What if Moxxie overthrew and killed Crimson and took over his mafia group?
- What if Stolas was the King of the Goetias?
- What if Chaz was still alive?
- What if Blitz was a doctor?
- What if Blitz actually had money?
- What if Blitz was Moxxie's biological father?
- What if any of Blitz's old relationships worked out and succeeded and went somewhere?
- What if characters from Helluvaboss and Hazbin Hotel have different personalities?
- What if Octavia got emancipated and successfully sued her parents?
- What if Loona was Octavia's body guard and/or lived with her to keep her company?
- What if Loona ran her own murder company and it does a lot better than Blitz's company?
- What if Lucifer was killed and everyone is trying to figure out who did it?
- What if Blitz, Moxxie, Millie, and Loona all lived at Charlie's hotel?
- What if Loona and Octavia had boyfriends?
- What if Helluvaboss and Hazbin Hotel were more like their original pilots.
- And my personal favorite, What if Loona was part of a large extended family with 15 or more brothers and sisters, along with Blitz, Octavia, Verosika, and other characters having 8,9,10,11,12 or more siblings?
