Thank you so muchHoradriel-Chan your story "Realization" is a magnum opus. It's so different from your other works. The heroine this time isn't a transgirl character Ashleigh, instead it's the stepmother Karen. Mothers in most of your stories are usually portrayed as antagonistic force like "An Older Brother's Duty" or "Bully Submission". But this time mothers (Karen, Mrs. Harrison-Grandma and Charlene Lighton) were the positive influences in this story.
It's so different from any of your stories. The Heroine is a stepmother. It's political drama. Strong involvement of News Media like MSNBC. Republican politics. US versus them theme. Making sacrifices for the loved ones theme.
Okay regarding the disclaimer, I am kinda intrigued why you put it (disclaimer) at the begging of the story...Really I don't get the disclaimer thing... In fact your story and others have some of the most empathetic portrayal transgirls The problems Ashleigh faces are very relevant to transwoman. The fact Ashleigh didn't liked Liam giving her fellatio thereby giving her gender dysphoria. Or Ashleigh not liking being called sissy, bitchboy, tranny. Horadriel it feels as if it was written by transwoman herself. I mean it's so so good.
Jesus I really wanted Liam and Ashleigh to end up together. Their breakup was one of the most tragic scenes in the story.
But I get it why you did it, the breakup thing, I mean
You wanted to parallel Ashleigh sufferings and pains with Karen pain. Both Karen (mom) and Ashleigh are infertile due to different circumstances. Ashleigh infertility was due to her medications and Karen became infertile because of Charles forced her do abortion when she was sixteen. Both Ashleigh and Karen had bad men in their lives. Liam in Asheligh's case and Charles in Karen's life. The beautiful thing is that Karen actually gets her life long wish to be mother. To put cherry on top Karen being the secret architect of Charles downfall was super satifying..
So to finish off this review....Horadriel you wrote one of the most authentic stories out there. An authentic story of mother and her daughterbravo

Regarding the disclaimer: I am sometimes a bit insecure about wether or not someone could potentially feel fetishized by my depictions, so putting it there felt like the safe option. That said, it'd be valid to feel that way for whatever reason. I have in the past -and still may in the future- have fetishized feminization in my Stories, so I feel like it's appropriate to put it there
The reason why it may sometimes appear as if my stories are written by a transwoman, is due to me being one
Thank you so so much for your kind words
