Here is a sketch for a random illustration of Katara, Sokka and Suki from Avatar. Suki discovers Katara and Sokka's usual behavior and demands to watch.
I plan to line and color this, but I'm out of time to do so for this weekend, largely because I have an appointment early this week that I don't know how long will take, so I need to set this aside and get started on other things for the week. I'll finish this one next weekend.
Here are the colors for this illustration of Katara, Sokka and Suki from Avatar. Suki discovers Katara and Sokka's usual behavior, and uses her girlfriend status to demand to watch.
I said I'd color this over the weekend so I did. Took a while to get done but finally got it. Next up I start on the sketch for the next page of Sultry Summer.
Here is a random illustration of Dipper and Mabel from Gravity Falls. Dipper and Mabel do some cardio together, and Mabel demonstrates why she's the top twin.
I just felt like doing something simple this weekend, so I went with some classic Gravity Falls for the flatter colors. I wanted to try a bit of the Bawdy Falls style, but with the canon ages. I was unsure on using the show's digits for the hands and feet, but I wanted to try it at least once and see how it turned out.
Here is another random illustration of Dipper and Mabel from Gravity Falls. Dipper and Mabel are on their way back to the Shack, but Mabel can no longer delay her afternoon milk.
I felt like dong something with these two again, but with different proportions more akin to what I'd normally use. Nothing much else to say for that, so time to start on my usual weekly stuff.
Here is a random illustration of the main 4 from Team Avatar. Katara and Toph give the boys service to go with their bath time.
I just felt like trying some simple things that I haven't tried in a while with colors, and I felt these were the characters to do it with. I originally was going to have their hair done in the usual ways, but then felt I should go all the way and do them all with their hair down as well. Nothing more to say on this one.
Here is a random illustration of Lincoln and Lynn from Loud House. Lynn needs her cardio, so she borrows the use of Lincoln's equipment.
After I revisited some stylized Gravity Falls there was talks of doing the same with Loud House in a similar style in my Discord, so I felt like having a go at it. The first frame is intentionally simple because I just wanted to draw them clothed, for color reference, and of a profile view.
I might try with other characters in following weeks, but we'll see.
Here is another random illustration of Lincoln and Luna from The Loud House. Luna catches wind of Lincoln having a nice instrument and she wants to give it a whirl.
I felt like tinkering with the Loud House stile a bit more. I decided to keep the freckles and ear lines black this time, because I feel it better reflects the show's original hard lined style. I tried to do the same with the shadows. The first frame used simple angles again simply because I wanted to try the character faces at those angles. Not much else to say on that.
Here is another random Loud House illustration, this time of Lincoln and Lori. Bobby is busy spending time with his sister, so Lori assigns Lincoln to keep her company in the meantime.
I felt like drawing Lori this time, so I did. I also added a bonus frame at the bottom because yes. I also stuck more with the style of the last illustration to better stick with the aesthetic of the show. Not much else to say on this one.
Here is another random Loud House illustration, this time featuring Lincoln and Leni. Leni is looking to take a ride to boost her mood, but needs Lincoln to show her how it's done.
Again I did a simpler angle in the first panel to draw the face profile, although I did go a bit more detailed with the backgrounds this time. Not much else to say on that.
Here is another random Loud House illustration, this time focusing on a different family with Bobby and Ronnie Anne. Bobby has a date with his girlfriend, but his sister wants a bit of his time first.
I've received some requests for this after my illustration with Lori, so I figured I'd give them a try. Nothing much else to it.
Here is another Loud House illustration, this time with Lincoln and Lisa. Lincoln is having trouble keeping up with so many sisters, so Lisa puts her genius mind to work and concocts a solution to his problem.
Lisa was a bit more of a problem to figure out stylistically compared to the other characters thus far, but I think I got it figured out. Now the only problem with any upcoming sisters is coming up with ideas for them, although Luan may also be a problem to figure out stylistically. We'll just have to see how that goes when I get to it.
Here is another random Loud House illustration, this time featuring Lucy's time with Lincoln. Lucy wishes to empower her ritual with Lincoln with the aid of Lisa's science.
I wanted to draw this last weekend, but I didn't have the time. I know the previous images haven't really been following any continuity, but I felt like using the serum from Lisa's image for this one.
Here is another random Loud House illustration, this time with Lincoln and Luan. Luan gets a big rise out of Lincoln and requests he show her his own act.
Now just Lana and Lola are left to have one image for each sister, minus Lily.
