I think they have a general idea of where the story is going, but I don't think they have every tiny detail planned out. They do a good job at not having any major plot holes and having a "realistic" - even if highly unlikely - plotline though.

There are some structural errors as well, but I imagine that English is not Liltkit's first language (I believe they are Ukrainian) and it is not bad enough for it to ruin the story. Besides it is easy to cover up when some of the main characters are ESL and would likely make those mistakes themselves.

As for the legs part, I think at times they forgot to put the hip shaper lines in:

I was referring to the line you can see on the left image vs. the right. That is where the seams of the bottom of the hip shapers were. It was not present in the latest set of images, as demonstrated on the right.

I think it was mentioned somewhere that it was not really making a huge difference anymore anyways... AMAZING MAKEOVER, I LOVE IT
I knew Sam wanted to push things further to the point that Nick will have problems going back to his old self (he will never be able to)

- so the body sculpting procedure to give "Daphne" a better hourglass shape was one of the more permanent additions, alongside the Tattoo & the Nails
- Sam is the evil one, her Crew is only having fun with the project
- love the long raven hairstyle
- long metal nails, nice detail
- Sam suggesting to present them a plastic surgeon to give Daphne a pair of Breasts Implants show how much further she want to take her revenge against him (i can see her tricking them into having him get bigger bimbo breasts)
- when i saw the hands clap between Sam and Nat, i felt very sad and angry, they are proud that they were able to get things that far
- too many hours passed, i know this type of makeover would take hours, but i think that the way of dealing with the passing of time was the only flaw
- finally Maria realize how right Nick was to worry about Sam
- they did a good job in hiding his little friend, it was possible because it had become smaller due to the hormones
- love that the first thought Nick has of how to deal with Sam, was to kill her, i think she will get so much influence in Mexico that she will be able to get back at her
- so he went from Nick ,the Spoiled Rich Boy to, Daphne, the Airheaded Latina Waitress and now to Camila Ramirez, Latina Baddie that is Maria's Younger Sister

the next part should be about them heading out to Mexico, it would be nice to see Lola & Tania on last time, even better if they went with them
a part of me would like the idea that Maria take more of a Mother role, rather than the Older Sister, but i think that the Parent Figure role will be taken by Maria's Grandmother (we saw her before)

OVERALL, IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT, because i already crave for the next part, this show how good this part was

LiltKit is a new welcome addition that i found out years ago, by pure chance. i saw this story, "Fateful Vacation" and the more i read it, the more i got hooked on LiltKit style of writing and showing a story, that's why i never missed to read her new works.

ps: Melissa's "MIRROR" has become more of a Thriller than a TG Comic and "K-POP" started very well, but at one point completely rushed, not showing the changes into a Delicate Korean Idol-Wannabe, this type of story are good if you show the entire change of the protagonist's body and mind. "BESTIE" is lately the story i'm more curious about at the moment, maybe because the feminization is still at the beginning phase.
