If you're complaining that there is a possibility that the ending does not suit your taste, then subscribe and comment on her patreon that you're hoping that it will not end like Like father Like daughter.

That whole part, basically as I understood, is like a drug-induced delirium from the medicine the grandma used. So, the delirium can’t really be rational in a situation like that with the side effects the grandma caused. That part is obviously strange, but honestly, it’s totally expected.

I think I also like on what the progress of the story. Time will tell on how Dee will become a woman. It's expected because if I'm right, all of the main characters of liltkit became a woman and most are thru surgery. I hope grandma will perform other ways of feminization to Dee.
