I think we've been seeing Sarah's self-inflicted descent for the last 30+ chapters. She has leaned into this obsession pretty willingly for a long time (at least since chapter 18) and has chosen it on her own over and over again. In the latter half of the story so far it was her idea to take Otis in her office, to go to Richard the first time, to go to Cash, to invite (practically beg) Lester to her house multiple times for sex - while the girls were home (!) - all without regard for anything or anyone else... I'm pretty sure that's been focused on for quite a while. For me, it's time to see how they (or at least Dan) climb out of the seemingly bottomless pit.

Zijn dochters zijn immers zijn absolute grens, en daar kent hij geen genade voor.

The power of Don Silver's Toxic Attraction lies in the slow, realistic slow burn. No rushed plot twists, but a methodical build-up where psychological and sexual conditioning reinforce each other.

Plotline idea: Let Sarah sink deeper into a suffocating deadlock where she can no longer turn back, while Lester completely takes over her life. No cheap happy ending, but a toxic, resigned surrender.

Let it linger slowly and painfully.

I've read all the chapters from 1 to 45 yesterday. Yeah, got nothing better to do. But OMG, once you have read all the chapters at once - you can't unsee it. I wished I hadn't done that.lol The story is so ridiculous, more than you can imagine and the characters are so dumb, I mean like realy retarded. And I know what all of you will say - well, didn't suspect you that already ?! yes, I did. But it's one thing to suspect something and it's something completely different to know for sure. And now I know for sure. Silver is doing the smart thing to sell the whole story in parts rather than as a whole completeted book

If Lester simply marches in and blurts everything out at once, it feels a bit rushed and turns into standard shock-porn. What makes TA so compelling in the earlier chapters is the slow burn, the subtle psychological manipulation, and how Sarah's own mind and jealousy slowly unravel her. Well sorry to burst your bubble but it will whatever his patreons want. And for the most part they want the story as stupid and most over the top you can possibly imagine, and what is written is based on that. I mean if you hadn't figured that out by now you need to wake up. That's the reason why to story has quit progressing and just keeps staying in a perpetual circle. But this way it like the story will never end. It's all about the money, hell DS doesn't even write most of the chapters anymore.

Just don't take it too seriously. TA is just an endless soap opera guilty pleasure: you either like it or you don't. If it's not your thing, just don't read it! For me: I hope chapters 46 and beyond come out soon, can't wait!
