I think what bothers some of us readers is that this story came like fresh air for those who enjoy a good story with sex included.
However, it's a catch for those who doesn't care that much about a plausible plot/story line, but have really well writen sex scenes. Lucky them!
It still is a good story, but not much different from all other non consent, loving wives, erotic couples stories we can easily find on literotica and similar sites. Lucky us!

Sarah's level of corruption is high, will she team up with Lester to destroy her Husband? Remembering that Dan has already revealed his fear, that Sarah wants to put a cage on him and dress him like a woman. With Lester providing financial support could this become a reality? Will the children ask Sarah about their father when she wakes up? say that you saw your father at night? Will Lester want to get closer to them? Is he now living in the same city? He could sabotage Sarah's car and end up going with her to pick up the children. Will we have a strong scene, like the Movie Between Brothers (2009)?

This almost ‘insignificant’ intermediate line opens the door to Dan's ‘campaign of clean-up and revenge’, as I and some other readers had hoped and expected.
Because neither Lester - if only because of his criminal activities and acts of sabotage - nor Jesse, because of his complicity, should not simply get away unpunished.
